The neighbors here are unfriendly and the community is dirty
March 29, 2026Dog poop everywhere. Roaches, flies, etc. Overpriced. Dirty environment: trash everywhere, VERY dirty stairways. Neighbors complain about everything despite being noisy and dirty. Cars get into accidents in the parking lot all the time. People spit on your cars. Cars get broken into. Management can be nice but lazy. Maintenance is lazy. Insulation in the units is bad. Pool isn’t functioning. Gym is dirty. So many things wrong.Reseña de Apartments.com
Roaches, mice, other issues
July 28, 2025Lived here for 8 months now and have never had this many issues with an apartment. The common areas never get cleaned, I had mice for the first 5-6 months despite sending in 3 or more maintenance requests starting 1 week after I moved in, my AC was broken and didn't get fixed for over 2 weeks (after I stopped maintenance IN PERSON to ask about the status of my request), which resulted in an absolutely massive electric bill that I contacted management about, but never received a response. There is ...trash everywhere, rats by the river, and I recently spotted 2 roaches in my unit despite keeping all my food in tupperware, cleaning regularly, sweeping/vacuuming behind the stove and fridge, etc. Also, my ceiling randomly got a massive leak, and the emergency maintenance line doesn't pick up the phone. I can never get ahold of the office when I call either (only one employee ever actually answered my calls, and I'm not sure if he still works there). I have photo evidence of all of the pests, and plenty of people who can vouch for the cleanliness of my apartment. It does not feel like management cares about my issues or the stress it has caused me these past 8 months. I've never had problems like this and I've been renting for nearly 10 years. I will say that they did send pest control out for the mice, but follow-up was lackluster and I kept seeing mice for the next 5 months. They told me they would come every two months to check on the status but I never saw or heard from them again. I was giving them a chance not leaving a review like this, but the roaches were my final straw. These conditions are abhorrent.Property Manager Responded

Don’t move here
January 13, 2025Mangment doesn’t respond accordingly. Their are roaches and u pay a pest control fee they don’t pick up anything they say the renovated but they painted over everything and added new appliances and vanity’s my kitchen floors and my bathroom is moldedProperty Manager Responded

Half-Baked Changes
December 7, 2024*disclaimer these folks changed owners so some of the original reviews are gone/may not be as applicable* I've given the new owners nearly a year and I'm still disappointed. Several amenities advertised have not been open. Renovators were once out working near daily - but most presence dropped post-election (make of that what you will.) Everything from your rent, washing machines, etc., are tied to apps (so if you're unable to use those comfortably, ableist or not this place is a skip.) This ...includes separate fees for people doing multiple payments/spilt rent. Staff is improved, but they don't seem willing to ask tenants how the new help (themselves, renovators, Environmental Pest Management (EPM)) are doing. As such, it's fairly performative. They're trying events, but if you work a 9-5 you're probably never having time to ever be in office/meet them. I struggle to find who HV is for - fees for multiple people payments/ one person never having the time for the office; let alone having to work from home to accommodate staff and pest control with very thin walls. It's not very competitive unless you really need the space of a townhome. And to address the elephant (or roach) in the room yes we have them. Until HV's new owners make an accountability system for their contracted help you're likely keeping them. Any request for a call/email is mute; my emails to the office have been ignored and I work all office hours.Property Manager Responded

Awesome Management
August 22, 2024The apartment itself is spacious, with modern layouts and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well-equipped, and I love the updated appliances and ample cabinet space. The community amenities are also impressive. Management and maintenance staff have been responsive and friendly. Good apartment with easy access and facilities
August 22, 2024I recently had the pleasure of living at Hilliard Village Apartments in Twin Creeks, OH, and it was a fantastic experience. The property is well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds and clean, modern amenities. The apartments themselves are spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of natural light and comfortable living spaces. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. The community also offers great ...amenities, including a pool and a fitness center, which really enhance the living experience. Additionally, the location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roadways.
