Moved in last month and the location is really convenient for getting around Knoxville. Maintenance fixed my leaky faucet within a day of reporting it. Appreciate how clean they keep the common areas too.
Would recommend to friends looking in this area.

Been here almost two years now and overall its been good. Apartments are spacious with decent closet space. Only downside is parking can get tight when everyone's home but manageable. Would recommend to friends looking in this area.

Two years is a fantastic milestone! That really says a lot about the quality of the place, especially since you’re still happy to recommend it to friends.
The "after-work parking crunch" is definitely a classic apartment hurdle, but it's great that it's still manageable and hasn't taken away from the spacious layout and overall positive vibe. Finding a spot that holds up after two full years of daily life—and still feels like a fair deal—is a major win.

My daughter attends UT and this was the perfect spot for her. Affordable rent and she can get to campus in like 10 minutes. We're from Nashville and visited her last weekend and really liked the grounds!

The office staff is super friendly and helpful whenever I stop by. Maintenance team is quick too - had my AC fixed same day I put in the request during that hot spell we had in July. Really like the wooded area behind my building, makes it feel more private than other complexes I looked at.

We moved from out of state for my husbands job and Hillside Place has been wonderful. The neighborhood feels safe, apartments are spacious with good closet space, and management has been really responsive anytime we've needed anything. Love that its close to Ijams Nature Center for hiking on the weekends!

Love the location off Merchants Drive area - super convenient to get to Target and all the shops on Broadway. The apartment itself is nice and roomy, closets are bigger than my last place. Maintenance fixed my garbage disposal within a day of putting in the request which was impressive.
