December 31, 2024If I could give this place 0 stars I would. You pay so much money for absolutely nothing. The fire alarm is constantly going off, the pool pipes exploded & for 4 months, the didn’t fix the problems that the pool caused, there’s leaks all over the building, the structural integrity of the building is horrible & the management & maintenance crews are awful. They don’t care about you or whatever problems their building is causing you. They take forever to do things. They blame the residents for ...everything. It’s a horrible complex. I would stay away from any apartment managed by Core Spaces.Property Manager Responded

November 13, 2024Fire alarms constantly buzzing every other minute… building wide, they can’t fix it, it’s been about a year. Pool is always leaking down into apartments, they love to jackhammer and drill also… absolute nightmare.Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2024It's mid. Good wifi and location. But lots of maintenance services do not arrive easily. Pest control was never given when I requested it several times. They also keep trying to charge you for everything. The one good thing was the fact that they let me put my bike here for free, and now they will start charging for bike storage next year. Very lame. August 19, 2024Love the place! I was welcomed to free breakfast and lunch on move in day from the super nice workers. The gym and courtyard are very nice and I played ping pong the first night here. However the first night I got here there was a gang or something met up in the chevron lot and 5 cop cars had to clear them out, construction is also pretty loud, and the pool was supposed to be done a few months ago.Property Manager Responded
