Me and my husband have been residents here for over 3 years. The apartments aren't very nice, they're run down and outdated. The parking is terrible!! They allow people to park their vehicles that they don't use or that are broke down. If any of your items are not in your backyard/patio it will get thrown away WITHOUT WARNING! There are roaches, stray cats, opposums, skunks, and raccoons running around the complex. Half the time the gates are broken. The mailboxes have been broken into on more
...than one occasion. My car was literally walked on one night and now I have a dent in my roof. The security officer is a joke! The many different people who run the front office are rude and straight up ignorant! They can't communicate to maintenance what problem you're actually having, therefore, your problems get worse or not fixed. Currently there is a good maintenance crew, Joe is really great, but it has been bad in the past. We live downstairs and experience leaks every summer due to the outdated A/C units. If you want to transfer apartments, you have to pay all the fees again, and you have to pay a transfer fee, so pretty much you're better off moving out.
Yes, the rent is cheap and the complex is in a great location. And there are yards available for ground floor residents, but the management is really bad! They don't care how long you have been there or if you're a good resident, you don't matter, only your payments matter to them. They have zero hospitality after you have signed your lease. We have tolerated them for years until now, they crossed the line by only thinking about themselves! The management/office people come first in their eyes....you don't matter.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! It will only cause you grief!
