Beautiful community to live.
January 26, 2018The belasera is a beautiful, quiet community to live at. Very peaceful, feels more like your own home. The professionalism and efficiency of the staff, makes you not want to move. Any maintenance issues are handled promptly and efficiently. The front office staff Lilia and manager Kelly are a pleasure to work with. Lilia makes very easy and reduce the stress that can you experience when looking for a place to live. Once good then turned bad
December 7, 2017Lived at belasera since 2012 till August 2017, in the beginning it was great, the old manager Lucy would know you by name and greet everyone she saw outside. Friendly and always on point. Maintenance techs will follow up and fix anything!, I remember Gino being there and he was outstanding, from basic issues to more complicated ones. After a few years, maybe 3 years after moving a new manager came, Jason, just your topical doors closed manager, wouldn’t even greet or help their tenants even if ...the other office person was busy. For the most part it was “ok”. For almost 2 years we had issues with the AC, before Gino left he had changed the unit outside the apt and fixed a part in the air handler before that caught on fire, but never replaced the air handler. We complained about the high light bills for almost 2 years, told them time after time that the air handler was not blowing properly, they denied any issues and did not wanted an outside company to take a look at it or even clean the air ducts. I was offered a “gift card” from Publix for the inconvenience ($20), what a joke!. One technician told me that it wasn’t enough room for the air handler to ventilate enough air to the whole apt, my air handler was inside the laundry, with a 2x2 opening as a return on the wall and a laundry at least 5x8, that’s plenty of room, considering most air handlers are fit in a 2x2 closet to provide air to a whole house. After fighting for all that time, a newer technician Manny, had told us that it showed in the system like my air handler was new, even though it wasn’t, he went ahead and ordered a new one and installed a couple of days after and guess what? The quality and the temperature of the air was amazing, but management never admitted any faults, spoke to them several times, even spoke to higher management in Orlando and treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about, after deciding that we were moving, my wife and 2 kids, I called them to let them know all this all over again and how unfair and poor their service was, I then receive a letter at my door the same day that I wasn’t elegible to renew the lease even though we were moving out and had already gave them my notice. Stay away from this place if you can. Took them 3 months to get my deposit also. Poor and unprofessional service by Manager Jason and Leasing agent Lilia.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

August 18, 2015Whether your single or family Belasera is a grest place to live. The office staff treats you as Family. The complex just went through a beautiful renovation from painting, new signage and more to come. With nice pool & tennis court he area is topped off by the quiet surroundings. A plus is the schools that are in walking distance,as well as areas to shop & eat. I have lived here 5 years and i have enjoyed every day. Come on over and join me.
