Monday samething and I have to start telling them I am leaving because this is not acceptable they finally fix the leak after 2-3 attempts. The kitchen counter laminate peeling off, the draws cannot open because of the stove, bathroom dirty rust all over the doors. Then Alicia come and see it and of course she makes excuse for everything well we don't do this we don't do that. I said if the doors in shower and toilet is not replace I am out for sure. She guarantee they will take care of everything and it is 4 months bathroom door still haven't replace, kitchen cabinets still peeling and I still can't open my cabinet draw. The towel rack haven't been fix. Then 2days ago I received an email saying I owe 102. I am distraught because I setup for autopay. Email still wasn't given an excuse what the bill was for clearly so I went in the office and discuss finding out your rent does not include water. I am dumbfounded at this point, Amber did not disclosed the information and that my water wasn't included. Of course I am levid at this point because I am organized and I developed a system as to how I take care of my bills. Here Alicia telling me it is my responsibility to know that their property does not include utilities. How could I when nothing was said or given to me. I didn't even get a copy of my lease shame on me for that.
