December 29, 2025I had a very unsettling experience living here. I returned home one day to an active police standoff involving an armed individual in my building. Seeing such a heavy law enforcement presence at my own residence made me feel extremely unsafe, and that feeling never fully went away. Communication afterward was limited to one building, even though the incident visibly affected the broader community and common areas. From a resident safety perspective, clearer and more inclusive communication would ...have been appreciated. While management may not view this as a technical lease issue, the real impact on residents’ sense of safety is significant. August 5, 2025This is going to have to be a bullet point list: *Rats the size of soccer balls living in & around the trash cans. - Rat holes/Rat burrows directly behind the Leasing office flower bed - Dead rat bodies in parking spaces *Spiders everywhere (inside your apartment as well as out) *No Parking *Pool is supposed to be open for use during the summer (has maybe only been opened twice this current summer) *What I can only assume is homeless people peeing under the stairwell. *Garbage thrown all ...over the property *Broken Glass in parking lots *Unattended children everywhere *Hole in fence between the two properties that allows many vagrants to travel between. *Amazon Lockers broken into so many times that mail is now held in the leasing office. *Syringe found in grass area where children play *Chicken bones thrown everywhere *Mailboxes cannot be used and mail must be collected from leasing office with inconvenient hours *Apartment inspections held several times a year but you have no idea why *Drug deals visibly done *Cars broken into *Spaces not clearly marked so your car will get towed for the lump of $566 *Trash rules not enforced so trash gets left outside of apartment doorsLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com

September 7, 2024I currently live in one of the units at Indigo Springs, and unfortunately, my family and I are having the worst living experience we’ve ever had in Washington state. There is a severe lack of care toward the residents and the overall condition of the property. We’ve experienced ongoing issues with maintenance and security, including property invasions and difficulty resolving problems. Since moving in, we’ve dealt with unstable internet, a homeless person sleeping around the condominium and ...leaving belongings behind, and multiple break-ins and thefts from our mailbox. Maintenance response times are far too long, often taking 3 to 4 days. Additionally, trash, clothes, and personal items are regularly scattered throughout the property, and the common areas like the garage and landscaping are visibly neglected. June 5, 2020This apartment complex is super nice on the inside, but the leasing office staff is so horrible and parking is ridiculous! They lied to us when we moved in, they promised things they could not actually provide. Great place to stay
April 11, 2020Ive lived at indigo springs for the last 4 years and the staff is very polite and willing to help where they can, ive never had to file any complaint during my time here which i am still a current resident. The maintenance crew do a great job of keeping the grounds clean and its located near a ton of great restaurants and grocery stores and its a short drive to both Kent station and the Landing. Will let you out of your lease if you remove negative reiews
November 9, 2019My cousin suffered so much from this company since she's moved to this apartment (no oven, ref loud, heater doesnt heat, locks not on safety accepted, etc.) Charged her 700$ more per month (compared to a similar apartment a few doors down from her in the same complex. Sent her a letter she can be released from her lease if she removes her online comments that were negative. Bait and Switch; Poor condition; Maintenance person rude liar
November 9, 2019My bff was promised an upgraded unit and charged top dollars, new company gave her a place in poor state (no heater, no oven, dryer do not work, ref old and groans 24/7, etc etc). After time money energy spent on driving back and forth, keeping two units as this unit still has no heater (to this day, they're still using space heaters: PM supposed to bring sensors to prove heaters work but they never brought sensors), this PM do not care. Maintenance person does no call no show to weekend ...appointments, tells her "she's costing company money; condescending, rude and lies. (He also took videos of her unit without expressed consent by owner. They then give a ten day harrassment notice after she complains of being harrased (retaliation). Her car gets towed because of being given the wrong parking space by PM, and then they have their lawyer write her a letter to move out as she's not happy. Oh and btw, told her to get out of her lease, she needs to remove negative online comments (if any). Quid pro quo. Do not rent here please. We're Coming In!
April 25, 2019I came home from work at 4:40pm on Monday, April 15, 2019 and found notices on all of our doors. 48 Hour Notice Of Entry! Checking Fireplaces! We're coming in beginning at 9am Tuesday, April 16, 2019. And they came in, on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Seems like it's against the law - not that they care. Or maybe they can't tell time. Counting all the way up to 48 is really hard! Anyone see the problem? Their version of 48 hours at best 24 hours of notice. Effectively, it was less than 16 hours of ...notice to me. And the kicker? Please move all your stuff out of the way ahead of time. Don't pay any attention to the small print at the bottom stating notice posted on April 10, 2019. Nightmare On Indigo Street!
April 12, 2019Today is April 12, 2019. Indigo Spring mgmt (ISM) has a towing company moving (towing?) vehicles that are in otherwise their own dedicated parking spaces. 2nd day in a row. ISM is refreshing fire lane curbs – but who knew? I was able to stop them from towing my car, but others were not so lucky. I have ZERO notification/knowledge of this project. No flyers, no mail, no email. I keep it all, and I’ve searched key terms like “auto” “car” “vehicle” “paint” “curb” and nothing of import comes up. I ...called the office yesterday and as typical had to leave a message - that was 24 hrs ago and still no response. Any notice would have sufficed: post mail, email, door flyer, phone call/voice mail, come talk to me. Think long and hard before choosing to move into The Nightmare on Indigo Street: (1) There is no street parking close by. You might have to walk upwards of a mile or more if you are forced to park on the street. Not at all convenient. (2) Parking is already difficult here with very few guest spaces (which require a permit from the mgmt office to use). (3) As evidenced today the mgmt here doesn't care 1 iota about your (the customer) experience and is willing to just tow your vehicle when it suits them to do so. I watched them drag front wheel vehicles against their front tires - I can't imagine what that does to the drive trains, but my guess is it's not good. Would anyone have told me? What if they dinged my car in the process? Would they have fessed up? Would they have taken responsibility and paid for damages or would they have just not said nothing and moved on with their day? There was ZERO mgmt oversight this morning (same as yesterday) – Just Lynn’s Towing company towing cars, and 1 construction guy with an orange vest walking around putting orange cones out once vehicles were towed away. They do not care
June 27, 2018Terrible customer service, and they impound cars that are legally parked just to paint the spots we are paying for. This is unacceptable as they are not paying the fees and they reference a single paper notice they gave us.Property Manager Responded

We're very sorry that you feel you weren't given proper notice, however, our team issued one paper notification, as well as two emails letting residents know of the intended work in the lots. To accommodate the team completing the work for us, we were left to relocate any cars that had not vacated prior to the start of the project. Terrible Place
October 10, 2017It took them 12 days to fix my water heater. I moved out 2 months ago and they haven't returned my deposit. They keep saying the check is in the mail. Parking is nonexistent. These guys MUST be completing their own reviews because the tenants are NOT happyReseña de Apartments.com
