The end units have very poor insulation and get very cold, resulting in highest energy bills I've ever seen. 3. Dogs: Upon signing we were told of plans to install a dog wash soon - LIES! Don't fall for this one. Questioning further revealed they'll never be able to - too expensive to insulate pipes. The dog park is a nice effort but mostly for tiny dogs. 4. Management Company: Found my neighbor outside sobbing bc of a hostile conversation from CSP mgmt. This along with stories of residents being cursed out of the office make Ivy Ridge an unpleasant place to live. Pros: Dog friendly community, mostly vet students, borders Cornell Arboretum for nice hikes. Rural location so never traffic.
