      • Living in a prison

        November 25, 2024
        Every apartment has thin walls and ceilings compared to places I have been in before. Leasing office is ran by people who are unprofessional and force policies without any critical thinking. Makes me feel like I am living in a prison due to them to refusing to reason with tenants and constant noise throughout the night from the other residents. Come here if you like to stay up all night and be treated poorly by the "office"

      • Cancelled my Lease 3 days before move-in

        The management here is completely incompetent at best, and malicious at worst. Either way is not relevant to the renters, as the impact on you will be felt all the same. I signed a lease almost three months before the move-in date, and they cancelled it on my three days before the move-in date because they could not repair a leak in the roof of the apartment in a timely manner, even after the previous tenant had reported it to them. I have not been offered any compensation for the massive ...
        uprooting to my life. I have a week to find a new place to live now, or be homeless. Be extremely cautious when considering living here. You may not end up living anywhere at all.

      • Started great, but fading fast.

        I have been happy here for the past year - I mind my own business and don't ask for much. But I just got kicked out of the pool at 8:00 PM on a Friday in the middle of summer where it is broad daylight for another hour! This is the only amenity that I use, and the only time I have to use it. It used to close at 9:00, which made more sense. I've been considering breaking my lease and moving somewhere else, and this might be the thing that drives me to do that. Not only did they not open the ...
        pool up until May (it's FL, those of us that were born and raised here know swimming season opens in February), now we can't even swim while it's still light outside?! I don't pay this ridiculously high rent to not be able to use the amenities at a reasonable hour (it's not like I'm trying to swim at midnight - most hotels are even open until 9:00 or 10:00 PM).

        My two roommates and I just got approved for a 2 bedroom at JTB today! We cant wait to move in in just a few weeks. The process to get approved was super quick and easy, all thanks to Caiti! She was there to respond to any questions we had within minutes. And she REALLY sold us on JTB. We had a few other places in mind when we went to visit the site, but after our tour with Caiti we cut out all of the other places and were dead set on living at JTB. We can't wait to move in to JTB! And we look ...

      • management sucks and they are non responsive

        maintenance requests are supposed to take 7 days as outlined in the lease- the buildings are poorly constructed and it takes months after numerous rains and leakage from the ceiling for a fix- after some of my computers were damaged- their continues to be leakage in the back door as management said the problem was fixed after complaining at least 10 times- stay away -this is managed by inland-terrible management-if you like placing towels by the back door when you go outside for fear of water ...

        good luck trying to sleep at night. every time my upstairs walk in their kitchen the lights shake in mine. Oh not to mention the sirens from the highway that permeate through the paper thin walls.

        the place is good, cool apartments, nice pool. BUT I have neighbors upstairs and they seem to be walking about, I can't sleep at night, the manager says that there are thin walls and they can't do anything. I am always sleepy and tired and cannot sleep because of the neighbors upstairs. This is not what I want to pay for ...

        When it came time for me to relocate to the Jacksonville area for my job, the JTB Apartments was the first and only apartment community I looked at. During my initial tour with one of the leasing agents/consultants, Cara, I fell in love with the community and signed that day. Cara was very responsive and took the time to really understand my needs prior to showing me an apartment of which I ended up signing for. A few months later, I found out that I would be working from home for an extended ...
        period of time of which may become a permanent thing. I decided I needed an apartment home with a second bedroom that I could utilize as a home office. At that time I reached out to the leasing office to inquire about transferring my lease and spoke with Michelle. She too was very responsive and understood my needs and the following day I toured one of their Oceania units (2 bed/2 bath) and it was perfect as it suited all my needs. I cannot thank the entire leasing office to include, but not limited to, Cara, Michelle, Joey, Elissa, Marcy and others for everything they have done and continue to do to make not just my stay, but everyone else's stay a memorable one at JTB. I also have to mention that the amenities offered at JTB are next to none. They offer a stunning pool area which features a zero-entry pool with grilling stations and poolside cabanas, an elite fitness facility, car care area, a pet friendly dog park, a dog spa, an EV charging station, and a lakeside walking/jogging trail just to name a few. Whether you are relocating or just looking to upgrade your current living experience in the area, please do not hesitate to reach out to the amazing leasing staff and come check out everything that JTB has to offer.
