Great quality life of living in a high rise in Downtown SF
May 22, 2025This apartment is my first rental outside of college and I have been amazed by my experiences living here. From the location of my unit to the beautiful amenities and the friendly staff. I have found great pleasure in my stay and find great sadness in my eventual departure once I leave for medical school. Brenda and Manny have been super receptive and supportive to all of our unit concerns and work super hard to continue to enhance the tennant experience. Aquetta, Yoselin, Daniela, Shakiri ...have all been very friendly concierges as I always look forward to our conversations even after a long day of work. Amazing View with Floor-to-ceiling windows across Two Walls
April 22, 2025This apartment made me love SF so much. The view alone is worth it. We’re way up on the 30th floor, and I can see the Oakland Bay Bridge and Salesforce Tower, like straight out the window. Six giant windows across two bedroom walls — wall-to-wall views that are surreal. Every day during sunset, the golden sunlight pours through the floor-to-ceiling windows and gently lands on my Ragdoll cat. Her fur glows softly, almost like she’s radiating light. It’s such a peaceful, heartwarming moment that ...makes the apartment feel even more special. My friends visit a lot and love my apartment view! The community is also great, I had a strict selection standard and Jasper has it all — 24/7 gym, pool, spa, grill, party rooms, meeting rooms and printer, in-unit laundry, *** food delivery and amazon delivery to the apt door***, private theater room you can book (those couches are too comfy). Common areas are spacious and always available. Best apartment I've lived, and already renewed my lease for longer.Property Manager Responded

Best Leasing Office Experience
April 22, 2025Jasper leasing experience is the best, and the officer members are super supportive for any complicated requests and information. They answer emails, pick up the phone, always. That made the apartment feel like your actual home. If you've ever leased apartment in SF you know it's a long and hard process. I applied to 5 and some never got timely reply, some didn't even refund to me (if I don't spend enough time calling them, waiting on line transfer that never reaches the right person...). Jasper ...Leasing Office was super quick for the whole application process, with clear communications. I have lived here for more then a year, the leasing office can be easily reached every day, working on my request within one day (or most time within the same day). Huge thanks to Brenda and Jesse, who have been very professional and patient working me through policies for lease renewal, roommate changes, or even more complicated case, etc. When you choose you home, you want good people dealing with you daily support. Best 3B Options in SF
April 22, 2025Jasper offers the best 3B2B I can ever find in SF, spacious, premium, sea view, cost-effective. Most 3B2B are either too crowded, or in townhouse with two floors (which is super expensive like ~$10k). Jasper offers a rare combination of premium amenities, stunning views, and excellent service, with 3B options available at very cost-effective price. Located on higher floors, my unit provides surreal views of the Bay Bridge and the city. The floor-to-ceiling windows (two walls in the bedroom ...alone) ensure natural light throughout the day and make the space feel open and modern. The building features a 24-hour gym, swimming pool, spa, two meeting rooms, two rentable party spaces (reasonably priced), and outdoor grills — all of which are clean, high-quality, and rarely overcrowded. The private theater room is an added bonus for hosting movie nights. The leasing team is truly outstanding — responsive to emails, quick to answer calls, and always available for in-person support. Their professionalism significantly enhances the overall living experience. As well as a great concierge team as well who handle the packages and visitors really well. It's not worth the price of admission!!!
February 28, 2023The Jasper is a business and you're the unwilling customer. All they care about is money and sucking it out of you. It may seem appealing for amenities and the view but you're living in a box and the allure of the amenities fades quickly. If you have any issues with the place then management will be unresponsive to you and disappear but when they want anything from you then they're forceful and unaccommodating. They'll push your rent up every year, they don't care if your neighbors are awful and ...play loud music at 3-4am, they don't care about you as a resident. During my stay there was criminal activity in the building that required a heavy police and security presence where they left all residents in the dark. All they care about is money and you're not human to them.Property Manager Responded
