Dog poop everywhere, even the dog park is full of poop all the time, I can't even take my dog in there because it is so unhealthy and unsanitary, not sure how the property advertises itself as pet friendly when they do nothing to protect the health of pets with all of the crap everywhere, The poop station areas get full of bags and never get emptied except maybe once a week, poop bags end up all over the ground.
The pool is covered in yellow/mustard algae, dead shrubs, dead trees, no mulch,
...exposed and damaged irrigation throughout, no grass just weeds everywhere, tons of ant beds, the pond is always full of garbage, the breezeways are filthy and covered in dirt and cobwebs, cigarette butts are all over the place, I have lived here 5 months and the gates have never worked, former residents use the parking lot in the very back of the property for drug deals, most of the patios are unkept and dirty, inadequate parking for guests, Absolutely ridiculous that these apartments share ventilation so that you can smell your neighbor's cigarette smoke and marijuana in your apartment.
Whenever I call the office no one ever answers the phone, when you go in there they are rude, and when they respond to an email they don't add a signature line so you have no idea who is emailing you, so unprofessional!
This is without a doubt the worst place I have ever lived and I cannot wait to move out, I would never recommend this property to anybody.
