Awesome Place to Live
June 11, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comManagement is great and responds timely. Maintenance requests are responded to timely. I've enjoyed living there for 4 years. Nice community. Pet friendly. Great location right off of highway 52. Quiet. Nice underground parking. Definitely recommend.

July 14, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comThere was quite a few times over the two years we lived here that maintenance did not respond to our request or took a very long time to come. Also when we were moving out we were told we would receive our security deposit back in a month. A month and a half later, no word from management and no security deposit. We called management six times and left one voicemail and we received no response. My boyfriend had to drive 20 minutes from our new place to Kascade apartments and wait for hours for ...management to show up just so he could talk to them about it. It wasn’t even about the money anymore just the fact that they were refusing to respond. Management stated it would be sent out ASAP. Three more weeks go by and nothing. Still no responses and still waiting for that security deposit. A place that tries so hard to not give you money back is definitely not a good place to live.Leer Más
A place I call home
February 12, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comKascade Place is the total package. It gives you that homie feeling while also giving you the flexibility to prepare for your future endeavors. The people are absolutely wonderful. They also offer free coffee, water, newspapers, and the occasional sweet treat in the lobby. There is nothing better then grabbing a FREE coffee on your way to work. The parking is exceptional as they offer free parking outside or underground parking (for small price) that is perfect for the size of building. The also ...have a weight room an cardio room that has plenty of enough equipment. This place is as high-class as they come for a very affordable price. I am sure I am missing so many perks of this wonderful place.Leer Más

No one ever showed up for our appointment despite receiving e-mail confirmation of it, and no one answered any of my calls or e-mails explaining why. Did they just go under, change over to new management, or have non-existent management there Very odd way of doing business if you ask me.Property Manager Responded

Nice and Peaceful
May 2, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have lived here for 2 years. I moved here when they opened because I was paying the same price elsewhere for a lot less amenities. The apartments are up to date, nice and PEACEFUL. I have only heard the tenants above me a couple times. I never hear talking, tv's or animals. The managers respond to your emails quickly. The property and hallways are monitored by cameras which gives me a great peace of mind.

If you are looking for an apartment with free high speed wifi in each apartment, garage parking, quiet neighborhood, look no further than here.

April 9, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comMisleading amenities. There is NOT instant hot water. Have to wait for quite awhile (wasting water) only to get just very warm. Heating is strange. There is one HVAC unit for both heat and AC, that seems hotel style. 'Fitness Center' is one weight machine, a few free weights and some yoga mats. Very cheap finishes throughout apartment. Peel and stick flooring in laundry room and bathroom that is bubbling up. Laminate flooring in kitchen with hundreds of scratches upon move-in. Stainless steel ...appliances very scratched, dinged, and beat up looking, with smudges that will not come off. Sink in kitchen is very shallow with a faucet that is so low that you cannot fit pans underneath to rinse. Sink full of innumerable scratches from last resident due to poor quality finish. Blinds in bedroom are cheap metal, and ones in living room are cheap plastic. Carpet is very low pile, and low quality. There is no closet for coats, linens etc. There are no racks or any place to hang clothes in laundry room, just the W/D in the room. There is one small closet in bedroom that is not a walk-in. There is no covering or doors for shelves in bathroom. It is just an open rack concept. So everyone can see what you store in your bathroom. I will say internet is fast, but it took almost a week to be able to get online after move-in due to no one checking to make sure it was properly hooked up before a new resident moved in. Apartment overall at move-in was very unclean and in pretty rough shape. And I do not know where the "eco" design comes into play that another site advertises. The one positive: very quiet outside setting that is surrounded by nature. (Deer, hawks, eagles, squirrels, and many varieties of birds.) For the price, I would recommend shopping around in Rochester, for a complex with better quality apartments offering more amenities for the same price as Kascade Place.Leer Más
