Affordable. And acceptable place to live
February 19, 2026I want to give a thorough and honest report of Katie Court, Apartments after leaving here for close to one month I am currently going to a separation for my spouse and was looking for a affordable place to live to place small and decent and clean I looked throughout the valley and Katie Court is one of the cheapest places to live most places don't even offer a studio apartment. I signed a six month lease which is very rare also and $1000 off the total price each month is $700. I've currently ...been living here for over three plus weeks the studio apartment is clean and repainted and new flooring. The appliances are older. The building was built in 1971 but it is well maintained for the age. It is a 55-year-old building so you can't expect the new amenities of a new apartment complex. Which is understandable the building and Laundry room and property is well maintained. It is a four story building with an elevator, the elevator is slow but at least they have an elevator. And there is only 107 units and it's usually is not a long wait for the elevator. I've seen maintenance man cleaning crew quit often it seems that it's very well-maintained. The ladies in the office are professional at their jobs. And seemed to do their job very well and they give text and emails whenever there's an issue right away. My biggest worry was the location. The biggest issue is there is a park nearby with many homeless people, but I have not seen one on the property. There is a gated fence with a code to get into the apartments. The parking lot is outside the gate, but I have not seen one incident with anybody by the vehicles. I have not seen any incidences with police involvement on the property either in my time here . Another issue iI was worried about was bugs and roaches. I have not seen any yet in almost one month . Other residents did state they had them, but I did not see any in almost a month and they will do spraining upon request My final assessment is that if you were looking for an affordable place to live, don't be afraid to look at Katie Court apartments just give it a tour and check for yourself. I feel completely safe here. and Katie Court, Apartments does background checks on all the applicants so anybody with a criminal record within the last five years is not permitted. Katie Court, Apartments is very close to UNLV and also the strip. Give it a lookProperty Manager Responded

Affordable and friendly staff
August 29, 2023Affordable, small, older apartments. Frequent water shutoffs and homeless camping in the parking lot/around the property, but the new security doors help with the feeling of safety. Mostly quiet except for street noise cars/people on the front facing side of the building. Staff is very communicative/responsive and the maintenance staff (who are the same people since I moved in 3 years ago) are super friendly and do a great job with repairs and keeping the common areas clean every day. Excellent, quiet place to live
August 22, 2023Katie Court Apartments is a peaceful place to live. Their staff are friendly, quick to resolve issues, and speedy communicators. The place is now gated, has a private security firm, and has a pool! What more is there to want? This place truly feels like a community, and I'm happy to live here. A good option for a less expensive apartment
July 14, 2023I love my actual apartment, its adorable. The staff are all absolutely exceptional and maintenance is so friendly and so, so fast. The apartment buildings are gated, but the parking lot is not -- unfortunately the homeless folk in the neighborhood set up camps in the parking lot every single night, in fairly big numbers. I haven't noticed that they bother residents or interfere with vehicles, but the edges of the lot turn into an encampment each evening after the staff leave. That's my main ...concern. Otherwise, the complex residents are very friendly and quiet, and rent is about half what I could find elsewhere. Theres an an elevator that makes moving in much easier. The courtyards are clean and well maintained, and as a single female, I've never felt unsafe in my apartment. I've lived there over a year and the leases are short. Internet and cable are already included. Laundry area is clean and all the gates have gate codes dor entry. It's cute. If you need an inexpensive place to live, the leases are short, and this is a good option.Property Manager Responded

Quiet and Clean

worst place ever
March 11, 2021live here complete dump. since 5mos my water has been shut off about 9 times sometimes 1or2hrs or 24hrs right now its shut off again yesterday all day no notice or if you get one 1hr before and they get away with it because they put emergency all though it isnt one.theres roaches here and the area is bad high crime homeless everywhere. you tell Suheiri manager about any kind of problems she does nothing. ceilings are paper thin hear everythingReseña de Apartments.com
