overall good, I had only one problem, otherwise, everything was perfect . Moving is always stressful, so one day before moving, I came to the leasing center and requested to verify my file before getting key. They told me everything is OK . However, the morning when I arrived to get the key, the employee told me first I shoyuld pay the balance for 11 days . I did not have my laptop and moving company was waiting for me. It was very difficult for me to enter my bank account into the portal to pay
...the balance. My portal was showing zero dollars. I checked it several times before moving. The moving company charged me extra hours . leasing employee told me on her side there was a balance, however, on my side was showing zero. Basically , when you send and calculate a bill to a customer, I should know which amount I should pay. I paid the calculated amount via my cellphone and received confirmation. However, after a few days later , we received an email that you did not receive our rent and we were charged extra for NSF and a late fee because they said we entered the wrong bank information via my cellphone. When in the portal my balance was zero, I thought that I would pay my total rent at the beginning of the month. Unfortunately, the manager and other employees told me that my bank charged me for NSF and asked me to talk to my bank. My bank for security changed my debit card and said there was no transaction on my account. This incorrect information also cost me my time. However, overall we are satisfied with the community and employees.
