Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit. NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances: Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

February 18, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comI filled out an application for Kellinger Greene Apts 572 Kellinger Rd. Jan 26th (Friday) I stopped by to speak with renting an apartment. They were closed, no one was at the office even though the website shows Fridays 8AM to 4:30PM. They had it posted on the door new hours Monday and Wednesday only 9-4. I reached out to the complex on Jan 27th (Saturday)via email to the office asked them to contact me. Jan 29th (Monday) I stopped by the office again, and again the office was closed, even ...though their hours show Mondays 8AM - 4:30PM. I dropped my application into the payment slot. As of today February 18th (Sunday) I have still not heard from them. I will not be pursuing a rental at this location.Leer Más
