The parking is an absolute nightmare depending on which building you live in. I’ve called the office about this and they pretty much said that they can’t do anything about it and there should be 2 spots per apartment. There are residents that have 3 cars, work vans or guests and leaves little parking for the other tenants. lease is up I will have paid them close to $50k for 2 years and can’t even park my car close to my apartment. It’s absolutely ridiculous and even though they know this is an issue they refuse to give each apartment 1 assigned space. If you want to have a social life and a parking spot when you get home this isn’t the place for you. It’s a shame cause the apartments are cute and the maintenance guys are great!
