Do not rent here
March 7, 2024If I could leave zero stars I would. Charge you for every little thing. From a parking spot to guest parking. Any issues in the apartment take months to resolve. Including MOLD. Yvette is nice, that's all I can add.Reseña de Apartments.com
Disappointment
December 23, 2021After these new owners came in this place went right down the tubes. We've been without heat since October and now we are without hot water. These new landlords are horrible their only concern is how much everything costs. In order to make money you have to spend it. I sorry I ever moved in this placeProperty Manager Responded

September 1, 2021I've been living in Keyport Village for over 10 years and in the past few years new owners have come in. I had a problem with my rental statement showing an incorrect late fee. The 2 previous property managers told me they would address the issue, but months later the problem was not taken care of. I want to sincerely thank the new property manager Maria. She was able to finally take care of the problem. She has gone above and beyond to make the much needed mantainance and upgrades to the ...property that had been neglected for the past few years.Property Manager Responded

Don't rent here
August 28, 2021I am a tenant here for the past 14 years, it WAS a great place to live until the new lady in the office, Maria started working here. She is nice to your face then talks about you to other tenants. There is currently a petition going around for the landlord to remove her, hopefully it works! This is "My Home"
August 23, 2021First, I would like to say that this has been my Home for 22 years plus! I have lived in three different apartments here so far. I think it is one of the nicer places in the area to live. Second, I was skeptical about "New Management", but after giving them a chance to get accustomed to our community and giving them the chance to show what they have in mind, I think they are a wonderful group. After finally getting an on premises manager, I think Maria, our new on site manager, is doing a fine ...job of returning a real sense of community here, something that has been missing for a while now. I would like very much to say that their maintenance man, Yovany is one of the friendliest and above all, caring and hardest working maintenance man we have had here for a long time. He is efficient with his work and always keeps your apartment clean as he is working and never leaves you a mess to clean up afterwards! He cares about us! In closing, I can only say this from a long time tenant, if you are looking for a "community" based place to live, come by and see what they offer. Walk around and talk to some of it's tenants and see for yourself, I think you will be pleasantly surprised with what you find. If we always listen to others bad reviews about something and don't check it out for yourself, we would be a very sad bunch. Come look and see the friendly people and good management this place has to offer. Judge for yourself, not by others discontented lives!Property Manager Responded

A very happy resident
August 18, 2021It’s disheartening to read some of the negative comments posted recently about the community and staff. Since Maria and Yosvani have been working together here, the place has changed so much for the better. My landscaping looks great, my maintenance requests are answered and taken care of very quickly and Maria is always there to lend a helping hand. Most of the neighbors are very friendly and I am Looking forward to all of the projects and changes that are coming into the community. So far I am ...very pleased with how the new management has been changing things for the better and I encourage people to come see for themselves how nice the community and staff really are.Property Manager Responded

Beware
August 16, 2021There is a new lady in the rental office, she is not nice, she will act nice to your face. People have planted flowers by their doors to make the place look nicer and she has made people remove them or had the landscapers remove them. The apartments are being redone but it's all a facade, there is black mold on the floor boards and walls, they are just covering it up. Look elsewhere for an apartment, this complex is a terrible place!Property Manager Responded

Nicest place nicest neighborhood
August 12, 2021After apartment searching for months I fonally Moved into keyport village apartments recently. Everything is completely brand new and high quality, my neighbors are really nice and they have a free gym that is opening in September. The town is near the water and there are some delicious restaurants that overlook the waterfront. Happy about the choice I made With this new place I call Home.Property Manager Responded

Liars!
August 11, 2021This complex does not have a Pool or Gym as it states. Beware of the Management, horrible people, they do not answer the phone or return messages, tenants are not happy here. The review that states how nice the landscaping is was not written by a tenant, it was written in July, the new landscapers started in August, that review was probably written by Management. Keyport Village, "no place like home"
August 3, 2021Keyport Village has been a nice quiet, peaceful, friendly, secure community for the 9plus years that I've lived here. I welcome our new management and look forward to how you will enhance our community. I applaud the new landscapers that started transforming our grounds back to they're former beauty. The leasing office is open again! Maria is an awesome addition to our community! Our new maintenance crew is friendly and always busy. We could probably use a few more of them.
