  • Run, don't walk, away from this place

    The management is unorganized, disheveled and has absolutely no interest in their tenants' needs. I have numerous stories about this place but I will stick with the biggest. I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that damaged the kitchen ceiling downstairs. The ceiling had obvious water damage and the paint was bubbling off. The 1st time they sent someone in (after placing maintenance requests for a month) they smeared drywall mud all over and did some sanding. I made a complaint on their Facebook ...
    and they sent in a "contractor" to fix it. The management office did not tell me when he was coming. I came home on a Tuesday evening to my entire kitchen covered in drywall dust. Apparently this "contractor" came in and smeared more drywall mud on it and then sanded it. He did not cover anything in my kitchen or put up plastic to prevent the dust from traveling through my townhouse. I had food, appliances, countertops, floors, kitchen table, absolutely everything was covered in drywall dust. It traveled into my living room and there was dust 15 feet away from the kitchen on my living room table. My couch and computer were even full of dust. I have a dozen emails back and forth with them. They refuse to take any responsibility and initially blamed it on the contractor. As things progressed they flat out lied to me and told me the contractor had covered everything. I have pictures showing dust so thick I could write my name in it. They refused to send someone in to clean it or reimburse me to have a cleaning person in to take care of their mess. It was inside my cupboards and all my dishes and glassware had to be washed. I finally told them to stay out of my unit and I cleaned up behind them. They also never addressed my concerns that water damaged drywall should have been cut out and replaced, not just covered up. I'm sure there is mold in there somewhere. The attitude of the office is atrocious, they do not care about their residents and they refuse to take responsibility for anything. I also have had numerous maintenance requests for other things that took weeks to address. One of my closet doors came off the track and it took them 5 weeks to send someone in to do it. And even then, they rigged it up and it fell off again two days later. The girls in the office are rude and disrespectful and have a horrible, nasty attitude. Most definitely was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have all the emails and pictures to back all of this up.

  • Daughter had been waiting a week for her tub to be fixed

    Unable to get tub fixed have not had access to bathtub in over a week no shower. Unable to get the regional or district managers number or contact information when you look up the rental property you get an answering machine and nobody return phone calls. Told they only have one maintenance man so bear with them. The property manager seems to try and take care of everything however her support staff is lacking and unprofessional

    The management sucks Latrice and diamond are very rude people . Diamond will harasses you with notes on your door but never call they never fix anything and the pool is never open

  • Horrible place to live

    maintenance doesn't fix anything, rude and ignorant office staff, overpriced units. ran down units. pool never open, noisy neighbors, worst decision i ever made. glad I moved out.

  • Capable Maintenance.

    There was a giant wasps nest in something my neighbor bought, and they started to spread. Maintenance got to them and was checking the apartments to control the spread of them. Thank you so much for stopping what could been a disaster.

  • Easy Living

    My wife and I like living here. My wife gets along well with the other women here, and I enjoy not having to fix anything that may breaks when its out of my control. The office is easy to deal with, nice enough to have a conversation. We get high streaming WiFi to watch our favorite comedies, and I like to cook in the updated kitchen. I even get along with the neighbors, and sometimes take them out for a beer.

    Kings Pointe is a tight knit community. Parties hosted at my place are always a fun affair, with the everyone helping to prepare. I go out with people all the time. The manager is amiable, even allowing pets onto the property.Kings Pointe staff are really helpful, polite, and ready to cater to your needs. I’ve lived here for years and I’m yet to have a complaint.

  • Great Place to Live

    When I first moved into the apartment there was an issue with plumbing. Thankfully, a call to the main office was all it took. Kings Pointe took care of the issue almost immediately. They scheduled an appointment and told me what I could do to prevent issues until they got there. The apartment is also a decent price. It’s high quality, and parking is covered in the payments.
