I love this place!
July 7, 2024I have lived at Kinstone for 14 years. There is nothing bad that I can say about this place. The maintenance is spot on. They will respond to your request with in hours of placing your request. All work is done efficiently and if you have to wait for them to order a new part they are very good at communicating a time frame when the work will be completed. The office staff. These are a bunch of hard working people who only care about you and resolving your issues. I have never met a bunch of ...people who will go the “extra” mile for you. Yes the apartments are older but they are kept up very well and updated as needed. In closing all I can say is I love this place and I will continue to choose Kinstone River to call my home! Emergency Maintenance not Working at all
September 26, 2019The emergency maintenance is not working at all!!! We have an power outrage at 8pm and calling for emergency maintenance. No one is coming to resolve the problem at all! The just send a ticket without knowing any time schedule. And may have technical person only on regular hour. The staff answering the emergency maintenance call was very unperferssional and very rude. Very disappointed.Review from Apartments.com
You get what you pay for
October 4, 2015Rent is cheap because the apartments are old and dilapidated, but the staff is very nice. I do have to put in maintenance requests almost weekly, but the maintenance staff usually comes within 24 hours and completes all work requested. Overall, the community is diverse and friendly. It's an EXCELLENT location. The location is the best part: close to the interstate, close to the river and trails, and surprisingly quiet. Only a few non-violent crimes over the past year while I've been there.Review from Apartments.com
Great Location
September 8, 2015Walton River is a great complex for young professionals and young families - the amenities are well-kept, the staff is very helpful, and the community offers activities and programs to get residents involved in local events. It's convenient to most things in Atlanta - 15 minutes from nearly everything, thanks to its immediate access to I-75 and 285. My one complaint is that the buildings are aging a bit (although appliances and cabinetry are nice, and kept up to date), so we have some issues ...with uneven flooring under our carpet.
