    I'm resident here I been here for a couple years and I'm so confused on these negative reviews I had a great experience here till now I think the team does a great job they have helped me always and do what they can I think most of these bad reviews are people mad who didn't get their way

    I started living in this complex back when it went by a different name. I can say since the new company has taken over the place has gone downhill. Maintenance no longer did their yearly checks. I don't remember the last time pest control was in my apartment. the roof has missing coverage over the stairwell area. Worst of all, new tenant after new tenant (your neighbors) have been smoking marijuana. Ive made multiple complaints and some have been kicked out, but another just moves in. And when ...
    they light one up at 2am, it comes through the vents and wakes you up. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

    Thus Apts have very noisy neighbors that play loud music which filters into your Apt. The wall are so thin that you hear the music like you are playing it in your own apt. Do not move here unless you like sleeping with loud music cause they play it from morning till late in the night.

    Make sure to document everything and do a walk through at move out or they will falsify charges. Upon move out, they were in the process of renovating my apartment, completely gutting it, since I was one of the tenants that had been there the longest without a remodel. I had been a tenant since 2016, left in 2022. They charged me for carpet, counter tops and they took out the old and in with the new after I moved out. The carpet was taken out they put in new flooring and brand new counter tops! ...
    Beyond the normal wear and tear, my apartment was in wonderful condition, mind you how long I had been there for. Total scam artists. Not to mention they didn't even tell me I owe anything, not one phone call, email, or letter were sent. We had to go up to the office, upon finding it on my credit report. Everyone there is new since I moved out in 2022 too, so they couldn't give me any answers and didn't help or try to help.Total nonsense!

    I have been wanting to live at these apartments for years, because of good reports I had heard from others and proximity to highways. 9ish months after moving in, they were bought out and that is when the problems began. They don't listen. When you put in a work order, it is "done" to a low standard; the updates are not true updates; lost paperwork; and list goes on. So dissatisfied and let down. Incentives to come, but none to stay. I'm tired of asking and complaining and nothing being done to ...

    I have been having issues getting the apartments to call me back. It's time to renew my lease again (been here 2 years already) and I have a studio apartment, but they want to charge me the rate that a two-bedroom leases for. I have a good job good credit, I always have paid my rent early, I don't have a lot of guests I don't cause problems but yet they won't even call me back to or fix the lease. I am not sure how the doors are still open to this place. They did try to contact me when they ...
    charged me 50.00 and told me I was using their electricity. Which was FALSE!!! I had to get the paperwork from my electricity provider, and they have not called back since then. So another word's unless you have something they want. YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM!!! I am hoping these reviews will get someone attention so I will actually get a lease and get my apartment fixed.....WE WILL SEE.

    I have lived here since 2018 and since the new management company came in the apartments have gone down hill. They bought the complex next to us and merge two into one. Renovations were done in the kitchen and bathroom. They also updated the light fixtures and the ceiling fan which is nice.They extended the patio as well. However that included more dirt and mud when it's rainy. They are including mandatory valet trash even though the dumpster is near the mailbox. $25. They only pick up trash ...
    Monday through Thursday and there has been days that are missed. There is an $89 technology package that is mandatory as well. I am very disappointed in Knowlton now that they are under new management. .It seems they are just squeezing money out of the residents and to me, it is not worth the price. I am looking to move. Another thing is how often the phone lines are down and how long it takes them to answer the phone or reply to an email. It is ridiculous. The apartments were decent and priced appropriately before the new folks came and took over. 0 out of 5 for me!

    My wife and I moved into these apartments with the previous owners and it wasn't perfect but the property manager was really on top of things.And then along come Knowlton...it's been horrible ever since. it takes an act on Congress to get anyone on the phone or tonreturn a call, it took us over three months to get an ice maker for the refrigerathey ever brought us a new refrigerator with....NO ICE MAKER.. The raised the rent which we expected , they are charging for the covered parking that was ...
    free before they took over, it would make sense if they'd built it or something, and the roaches took over our apartment. That was the last straw, so we've moved out. When we left we had over 1200 dollars in credit on our account and our 800 dollar deposit to be returned.When we didnthe exit walk through the assistant manager said our apartment looked better than a lot of the apartments they see, yet all I am getting back is 500 dollars. And I can't even get any answers on getting that back! The office said I should have it in 30 days, its been a month and a half, corporate is also no help. I've l ft several messages for the regional manager who never answers her phone or returns any phone calls either. Stay away from these people, it's absolutely ridiculous that I have to turn to Google and social media to put our enough bad publicity to get me the opportunity to someone and finish arguing about what's owed to me...1500 in charges AFTER I had the place AND the carpet professionally cleaned and they saw nothing wrong at the walk through just isn't going to cut it

  • Great place to live in

    Very nice and clean property. Maintenance men are always on time and they do a very good job fixing what needs to be fix a gentleman by the name of Albert came and fix a water leak in my apartment he made sure everything was working properly. The staff at the front office are nice and have great communication. I highly recommend this property.
