Indifferent Staff and absolutely filthy
June 23, 2025The place is just dirty to an unacceptable level. We pay for trash pickup yet they cut a pickup day. Trash constantly overflowing and glass/cans in the road for you to get a flat on. There is a full time staff here and the place isn't that big, so how the place is so dirty is a mystery to meProperty Manager Responded

Worst community
June 25, 2022I haved live here for almost 6 years and these past two years has remind me of downtown LA or Santa Ana neighborhoods Main door always open. People in the front posted like they claim the community or something. No parking after 3pm Some front neighbors have multiple cars and they park in the street like if they owned it. Pool gatherings everyday till midnight With loud people which I’m surprise because on the contract it states Pool is only open till 9pm… No extra parking for residence ...inside the community so if you live by your self then you’ll be okay but like everyone else who has a least two people in a household one of you will be struggling for parking after a long day of work. Community is a mess dog hairs everywhere. Laundry room is also messy or occupied with people clothes that they just leave in the machines. I keep hearing more and more stories about cars getting broken into ….. Like wow this place used to be very private and calm and quiet It was a bit pricy but it was worth it And now I regret renewing our lease For sure this community is for those who enjoy loud neighbors no privacy no structure can live around a mess.Property Manager Responded

Worst apartment I have lived in the Usa
May 22, 2022The apartment has barely bag amenity ( no fridge no dishwasher), it’s falling apart ( pain flaking, no insulation, humidity everywhere). The community is not safe ( neighbor got her car stolen from the lot and management didn’t even care, that’s why we have insurance they said). Neighborhood is run down and populated by homeless people… for the money they ask you can find WAY BETTER in a safe neighborhood! Also, June 1 st they will stop assigning parking spaces and there are 42 open spots for ...98 units when most tenants have 2.3.4 cars per unit…. GOOD LUCK! I broke my lease after 6 months, running for my life.Property Manager Responded

Love living here
March 23, 2022Lovely place to live, but of particular note is the outstanding maintenance supervisor Francisco. He is always so friendly and helpful. He was efficient in helping us fix all of the things needed in our unit. Although crunched on time, he helped out with a few small things that were not on the initial list. So glad we got Francisco aboard. The maintenance man before him really didn't do anything for the apartment complex and would Mickey Mouse all the work he ever did. I can proudly say a lot has ...changed since Francisco has came. The place is starting to look better and noticed we don't see as much trash as before.Property Manager Responded

New Manager is awesome
March 29, 2018Ever since the new manager took over living in this complex has been great! I had multiple issues at my apartment that our previous manager never "got the time" to take care of, and this new girl took care of all of them in a timely manner. Very professional and always in her office during work hours (the old manager was never there!), she actually listens and cares about what I have to say, takes my complaints serious. She stays on top of things and takes great care of the whole place: it's ...cleaner, looks more appealing than before... I was ready to leave when my lease was up, but now I want to stay and will be renewing it for sure. My apartment is very nice and spacious, great price too. Best bang for your buck
August 11, 2015The management staff here is wonderful. we moved here just 1 week ago when we sold my house due to my father passing away in the house it was getting to us the day we were suppose to move into our new apartment somewhere else the manager told us that the old people renewed their lease and she couldn't help us this put us in a bind the truck was loaded and and no where to move it I gave mike and nikky a call at La madera apartments and they went out of their way to help us out and even gave us a ...wonderful move-in speacial of $600 off to them I am truly greatful... Very large apartments wonderful landscaping and minutes away from all major freeways, shopping, and entertainment my neighbors are also wonderful.....Property Manager Responded
