    Moved in May 2013 & was charged $30 extra per month for my since deceased cat. Moved out May 2020 & was charged over $100 of my security deposit to deep clean my apartment because of my cat (I spent a extra $360 per year for 7 years for my cat to live there). Constant AC problems for those 7 years, neighbors allowing their apartments to become what you see in Hoarders, then you get bugs for months after they deep clean those apartments & they allow residents to rent that obviously have bed bugs & ...
    live filthy. I am very thankful that I bought my house in May 2020 so I no longer have to rent a apartment going forward.

  • don’t waste your time

    we’ve been waiting for over a month to see if we’ve been approved or not. whenever we call we get a run around of “we’ll get back to you later today with an answer” ... 4 weeks of this! insane. whenever we asked for our money back, they say no. even though on the back of their application - #9/#10 even states that we can get our money back if we don’t get approved.

    Only move in here if you absolutely have nowhere to go. There is no working onsite laundry facilities, the roof has mold the deposit for this place was outrageous they make you go through hoops just to end up In trash the pictures in this ad are not the ones of the actual complex

  • AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE

    the quality of life here is crap. they always say they will deal with things and they don't. 'Security' doesn't exist. I have been outside and never seen a single guard. people are being robbed and there was just recently a murder here. the inside is awful. the paint peels the A/C is always breaking. and then when you call the emergency Maintenance they don't even know how to fix it. maintenance is a joke here as well. things are never fixed in a timely manner. ALL of the outlets are a total fire ...
    hazard. I have complained and nothing has been done. STAY AWAY!!! It is not worth the constant fight with the office. and the office people are only nice to begin with. Then with every issue they are quite rude and lack all empathy.

    I lived here six months these apartments are always termite infested and they don't fix problems they patch it up and maintenance says they will come back and fix the problem and they never come back . The older maitence guy all he does is ride around on a golf cart .

    I would not reconmend this complex to ANYONE! The leasing managers lack managerial skills and do not care about their tenants. One night I came home to my apartment broken into and it took them 6 days to get the broken window fixed. They showed no sympathy or compassion for my stolen items nor when I asked about the window getting fixed. The maintenance is VERY lazy and shows NO effort of getting things repaired when asked. There is no type of security to monitor the area which is in a remotely ...
    bad area. As of right now we are trying to get into the leasing office when clearly the hours are from 10-3:30 and we have been knocking on the door for 30 minutes. The managers were in the back of the office smoking cigarettes and had to be tracked down!! When they were confronted they said that they were closed today. Why are you in the office if you are closed DO NOT LIVE HERE EVER!

    They are not good at returning phone calls even for prospective renters. The office staff love to create fake drama when you call and tend to be characters. The staff lacks diversity. The maintenance crew is somewhat sloppy w/repairs but enjoy playing around with work request, the front office and each other.     very clear this company has seen more than its fair share of litigation and rightfully so. Some of the units are being renovated but the craftsmanship is poor. For example, layers upon layers of white paint over rotted wood. If you research the other locations managed by this company they are similiar in structure and environment. There are several homeless services and transition housing near by. It's near the bus line, an affordable shopping center and several fast food restaurants.

  • Don't be fooled

    I've recently moved to Lakeland from out of town, I needed a decent, affordable, apartment (which I'm learning is impossible around here). The application process was lengthy but I understand MY application had many bumps. The photos seemed beautiful, everything looked pretty nice. I finally get into town and boy was I wrong. The neighborhood is terrible. There are people standing outside at all times of the day, I was even approached and asked if I wanted to "test some product". The property is ...
    dirty, mulch and mud everywhere. People throw their belongings all over the patio area. Now for the apartment, let me tell you... this place was FILTHY. I spent 2 days cleaning the floor, cabinets, sink,tub, counter, everything. My feet were literally black. My counter tops were painted over with some nasty brown color. Cup rings all over. Kool aid stains. Knife marks. I pointed that out before I signed my lease and the rental lady said she'd put a work order in for me and never did. Recently found out my fire alarm doesn't work, and all of my windows are bolted shut. My knob in my shower had fallen off, my kitchen drawers look like they're about to bust. I found maggots yesterday and a cockroach the size of a quarter today. Also found out my laundry machines don't work & I have to go to a nearby laundry mat or over to the other property to do my laundry. Once you can clean the apartment, and just stay inside... it's not bad. But lord help you if you call for maintenance ever. They don't even answer their phones. They let them go to voicemail, and when you keep calling, they pick up and put you on old without speaking a word to you.

    I APPLIED FOR THIS APARTMENT AND WAS APPROVED AND THE APARTMENT I WAS OFFERED WHEN I VIEWED IT, ITS NOTHING AT ALL LIKE WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. VICTORIA HAS NOT 1 CLUE OF WHAT SHE'S DOING AND NEEDS TO RESIGN IMMEDIATELY. THE APARTMENT HAD COCK ROACHES AND BUGS IN IT AND AND THERE WERE MISSING TILES THAT THEY HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF FIXING. THE WATER HEATER IS IN THE BEDROOM!! THEY WANTED ME TO SIGN A LEASE BEFORE I COULD EVEN VIEW THE APARTMENT. THEY ARE A CON THEY PROMISE ONCE YOU MOVE IN THEY'LL FIX ...
    YOUR ISSUES THAT'S A LIE THEY DON'T. I DESPERATELY NEED A PLACE TO STAY AND THIS PLACE SURE AIN'T IT. RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR HAS GRAFFITI AND IS VERY DIRTY. EVERY TIME I GO TO THE OFFICE THERE IS A TENANT COMPLAINING ABOUT MAINTENANCE ISSUES. I DON'T FEEL SAFE THERE AT ALL. I ONLY GAVE IT A 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR RATING. I WISH I COULD DO ZERO.

  • worst apartment ever

    `They have rats in the walls they don't do nothing about it and people steal your mail they won't do nothing about it neither don't fix the thing that need to be fix on time they take they sweet time to do everything they don't listen to anything you tell them and there rent is to much for the place is at... they have lock on the pool and There security guard suck it bad neighborhood it have two open where people can come in and out whenever they what to I don't recommend this place to no one ...
    who have kids because this is not family place oh and in the laundry room there wash and dry is always broke..... And there been shooting in this area more than once so not a family place stay away from this apartment...

  • NOT a good place

    My husband and I found this apartment and moved in here out of the state. We were lied to when we found this apartment, we were told water was included in rent, there was a dishwasher and a pool. When we moved in we were told that the pool was not in use, people told us it hasn't been in year, water is not included and there is no dishwasher. We have had a broken window since we moved in a year ago that the apartment says they fixed but haven't. And now my water heater has been out for 5 ...
    days. Someone came on Monday and"Fixed" the heater but it only was fixed for a few hours. The maintenance people do not answer the phone and the apartment is hard to get a hold of. I stood outside the door of the office building during normal hours and listened to the phone ring before walking in multiple times. NOT a good place.

  • Disappointing is putting it lightly.

    When I moved in here in November of last year with my boyfriend, we were promised that the pool would be open by May. It's still not open. There is constantly cops out here. There's constant noise and kids running in front of cars. The laundry rooms are not kept up with either. They advertise one thing and then when you get here, you will see it's not correct. I am ready to move asap!
