This property is poorly run and uncared for
January 18, 2022The apartments are old and run down. No matter what maintenance does it will never be enough. They are infested with roaches and rats. Unfortunately the empty apartments are occupied by homeless people and there is nothing that is done to deter this from happening. We have gone without water on several occasions with no prior warning, we have dealt with no trash being picked up for weeks at a time, changes in internet and cable without prior warning and all that is promised in the lease has yet ...to happen. There is no pest control or supplies to help fix and or beautify the property. What exactly does the rent go toward? Car was shot up within first month on living here
December 17, 2021If I could give a negative I would…My car was shot up less then a month of move in, did not have hot water for over a week, we had to bomb the apartment 6 times before move in and it still had roaches, there is sewage outside our apartment, after doing the police report I was instructed the regional manager would call us regarding the car being shot no one called us. I was told there were no issues in the apartments and it was safe but now told the manger has to rent apartments so she won’t tell ...us about the safety of the apartment because it is my responsibility to check. If I’m asking the manager I would think she would be truthful not lie to us especially since I’m 6 months pregnant. I LIKE IT!
July 3, 2020I live towards the back adea so I dont see alot of the action the front half might see being so close to other apartments. We were in a bind and need to move out quickly. Canada worked hard and digitally to get us into a unit. My mother is disabled and the plays a factor of what kind of unit we need. They found the perfect spot. Downstairs , easy accessible and big enough for my whole family. When calling maintenance for repairs they have been completed in a timely manner. There are 200+ units ...in here so if it takes a day to get down here thats understandable. Since I've been here they have put a new roof up and repaved the parking lot. The worst ever
March 6, 2020The apartments are not renovated. In fact they are poorly put together and old. The drawers don't close the floors have cracks. Maintenance uses the garages to do drugs and doesn't fix things in a timely manner at all. The woman was misleading and lied. Showed me one apartment then moved us into another with the promise that we could move after 6 months. People don't clean up their dog poop. And the parking is horrible. Don’t do it
July 25, 2019I moved here Nov2018 the apartment looks nice and everything works first problem was animals in the walls and the roof due to holes in the outside structure that they wouldn’t cover then when they covered the hole one of the pest died so the smell was coming through a hole under my bathroom sink making the whole apartment smell horrible. They have sewage issues so outside of my front door it smells horrible. There is ALWAYS Trash infront of my apartment the grass doesn’t grow because of the ...cigarette buts covering the ground My living room wall is mildewed and moldy due to a leak that was not fixed and there is sitting water under my apartment the seeps up through the peel and stick flooring they have throughout the apartment and the worse thing since I’ve been here is a stray bullet came through my window hitting the refrigerator and into the wall they are always shooting here and I called the office to report my window the woman act like it was normal the manager claimed she never heard about my window being hit by a stray bullet until 2weeks after I reported the incident I have a toddler and I cannot comfortably go home to these apartments My upstairs neighbors literally have to be hosting track meets wrestling matches and waterless aerobics in the apartment the running and stomping is so bad the window in my unit shake constantly I wake up from my sleep because they are so loud with bouncing off the walls This is just a horrible place to live they have very nice features but the other stuff cannot be overlookedLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Worst place ever
October 29, 2018The management is a joke they let anything move in. The worst are the drugs that management knows about and doesn't care. I told them they say its a police matter and when you call they want to call and talk crazy. New Teneant
May 15, 2018I am a teneant :whom has been with Lakewood Estates. I never do bad reviews, but I am tired of being ignored. I pay my rent on time, and from Day1, Carlos did not do my move in correctly. No new carpet, red stain is still there, when they promised to shampoo, when I rushed to get lights cut on. They acted confused when I asked what happened to carpet being cleaned. Washer and dryer delivered almost 4 weeks later. Mice/ rodent and roach infestatation. They advertise AC and I have been without for ...8 days. They gave mini window unit. I spent 1,300.00 to move in... Very disappointed. Fair housing will be called. They do not want to pay proper contractors. Sewage smell when AC unit cut on. They are trying to improve but....
March 5, 2018This is definitely not the safest place for kids but that is just default by the location. The apartments are large and inside is very decent. The new staff here are wonderful and they are doing their best to deal with a property that has been ran to the ground. Trash is everywhere but that is more of a tenant issue. They have staff picking up trash every morning. The mice are a major issue here. Unfortunately I couldn't whole heartedly encourage anyone to move to this area. Unfortunately stuck
July 11, 2017If you want to pay high dollar for poor remodel this is your place! Forever being sold and resold because they need to be torn down. Roaches aren't the biggest problem but the racoons! We always get notes about the trash.. b/c they racoons ravage the garbage cans. And the pool shouldn't be listed as an amenity seeing how it has not been open in 8 years. Oh and air conditioner is more like a very expensive fan.. from th 70s. Seriously if you're tour walk around check out the acs. Check out the ...pool. Check it all out. Come around at night... a Saturday night... you won't see security. You will however enjoy a loud ruckus of parking lot pimps. I mean if your young and not trying to live in a liveable apartment this is your place!Property Manager Responded

Very Best First Apartment
August 7, 2015As first time renters, my wife and I wanted a place that felt homey and was reasonably priced. Isola Bella was more than we could have asked for. From the staff to our neighbors we feel so welcomed. Isola Bella has such great accommodations and ammenities, sometimes we forget that we are living in an apartment. Even though our living space is so homey, our balcony looks out over a small lake making us feel as if we we're in a resort. To top it all off the monthly rent is very affordable!
