Maintenance is great.
June 17, 2024Anytime you move into a new apt you don’t know what it will be like. Well, one thing for sure they keep the place up. Sam from maintenance works hard and ensures things get done and quickly. The complex is well cared for and staff is on the ball. The grounds are well kept and you don’t have to plead to get things done. They have scheduled system checks to ensure tenants are comfortable and safe in their units.Reseña de Apartments.com
Great little community!
July 10, 2019You could not ask for a better community. I moved in recently from California and leased an apartment with Kayla sign un-seen. I was nervous going in but I trusted her. She went out of her way to take pictures and send them to me. I was very pleased with her and she made me feel right at home. When I did arrive I was more than happy! Everything she told me was 100% true and the apartment was PERFECT! I have met Mike and Jacob as well and they are always so friendly & always greet you in passing! ...The community itself is peaceful and all of my neighbors that I have met have been wonderful and they all have BIG things to say about the community. April 29, 2019We just want to say thank you to the new management and staff! Within the last year there has been so many great changes here. The grounds have never looked better, the pool looks amazing and now it doesn't even take 1 full day for a work order to be responded to. Everyone here has nothing but good things to say about the staff. One of our neighbors for 6 years have asked about a handicap spot for the mailboxes and it kept being pushed to the side... they decided to ask the new staff and within ...24 hours the spot was painted!! March 27, 2019I just want to say thank you to Kayla the manager here. She went above and beyond for me with helping with my taxes and social security which she didn't have to but did anyway. She is very sweet and you can tell she cares for her residents here. She's never too busy for you and will always take the time out of her day to assist you in any way she can. She makes a world of difference here at The Landings and we are blessed to have her. Maintenance men, cleaning staff and office staff are always a ...pleasure when passing by. I am proud of my home!
February 28, 2019I have been a resident here at Landings since 2016 and I absolutely love it. When they hired the new manager I spoke with her about some issues that I have had for about a year...small maintenance things that every manager or office staff looked over...and within 24 hours I had maintenance knocking on my door there to fix it ALL! She is always so sweet and a pleasure to talk to. Mike and Jacob are also very polite and always offer a helping hand even when its not asked. If I could rate Landings ...10 stars I would. Exceeded my expectations!
February 22, 2019I moved into Landings around a month ago due to loosing my husband. The apartment was spotless and exceeded my expectation by a long shot. You can tell the staff has pride in their community because it shows through the grounds! If you let them know an issue, whether its trash that has fell out of dumpster or a work order it is addressed same day. I have even seen the office staff out walking picking up trash and changing out bags. Speaking of the staff, the manager Kayla is wonderful along with ...the rest of the Landings staff. WOW IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!
December 31, 2018I have been a resident for about 4 months and to say WOW is an understatement. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. Kayla the manager never acts too busy to talk with residents and address their issues. I had a few minor issues at move in and they were fixed the same day I spoke with her. The work the staff does on the daily from delivering packages to spraying weeds is exceptional. I looked at numerous apartments in Church Hill and Kingsport and so happy I rented here! My perfect home!
October 24, 2018Me and my husband have lived here for almost two years now. We absolutely love it. We complained about our fridge not being tall enough for my handicapped husband and within two weeks the new manager got one and maintenance installed it within a timely manner. We could not be more thankful! They are also doing landscaping in front of the buildings and they look amazing. The staff is always courteous and really listen to the needs of the residents. Great community
October 3, 2018The new changes in the office and maintenance have made a HUGE difference here. The office staff are always friendly and ready to meet your every need. You have an issue and they make sure it’s done in a reasonable time. The maintenance is always friendly when coming for a work order. The outsides are starting to fall all together and they are looking better than they have ever in my 10 years here. Not only the paint but the upkeep of weeds, pool, flowers and all the grounds surrounding this ...community. Worse Apartment Complex Ever
August 14, 2018This is a nice place as long as you don’t require sleep. When I first moved in it was perfect. I have been here going on 3 years and in the last year they have allowed people to move in who stay up all hours of the night partying, trash up the community yard area, and being extremely loud in the breeze ways next to everyone’s front door all night, they are constantly doing contrustion in the morning, the dogs that live here bark excessively, and not oh I hate the sound of barking excessively ...because I love my dogs but my neighbors dog literally barks from the time they leave their apartment till the time they return. This means your up until 2 or 3 am do to your loud neighbors and then right up at 7am due to construction. My kitchen light went out last March so I have been with out a kitchen light for 19 months. I’ve ask 3 times for the fixture to be fixed because it’s not the bulb but the fixture but I guess their to busy with all this early morning construction. This place was awesome and I always bragged about it and referred my emoyees to this company for housing but now I wouldn’t refer my worse enemy at this point.Property Manager Responded
