May 23, 2022Very happy the entire time I lived here. Had to move out of state due to a job transfer. Units are beautiful. Property is kept immaculately clean. The office staff is incredible. October 31, 2018The is an excellent place to live. I have lived here on and off since I moved here 7 years ago, and I keep coming back because the management is excellent. Great Place
October 6, 2018My partner and I lived here from April 2008 to December 2009, The office staff was amazing our townhouse was great and the neighborhood was nice and convenient. We often talk about how much we enjoyed living here. The only reason we relocated to Raleigh was the lack of work opportunity in Guilford County at the time. Quiet neighborhood
October 4, 2018Moved here from Los Angeles...very happy we chose laurel bluff. Love the neighborhood and smiling friendly faces.leasing office staff always courteous and helpful. Maintenance handled promptly. Feels like a safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfection location to restaurants grocery shopping and movies. Conviently located! Peaceful and quiet
October 3, 2018I've lived in Laurel Bluff for over a year and don't regret my decision to move here. The property managers have always been very nice, helpful, professional, friendly and caring. Likewise to the maintenance crew who are also good people that are dispatched and respond quickly and professionally in the event that any repairs are needed. All of the people that work here are awesome! The neighborhood is well maintained and people are friendly while at the same time doing their own thing. There ...are usually people around walking dogs and kids riding bikes and it's obvious that it's a very safe community. In general it's a nice, safe, peaceful place to live.Property Manager Responded

The BEST place to live
October 2, 2018We have lived in and loved this community for 3 years. It has everything you could ever need! Trails, swimming pool, cookouts, holiday treats, activities for kids and the list KEEPS GOING! Tara is the BEST in the office and immediately makes you feel like family. Wonderful Place To Live
October 2, 2018My family and I have been living at Laurel Bluff in a 3 bedroom townhome for going on 3 years now and we absolutely love it. We love walking the trails and my twins love playing at the park. I’ve had no issues with them riding their bikes or hover boards in the community. It’s clean, quiet, and safe. The office staff is some of the most thoughtful and friendliest that I’ve ever met. They’re always doing something to show appreciation. The maintenance staff has never let me down once and they are ...also very friendly. It’s a great area to live in, close to shopping, dining, a movie theatre, and many grocery stores. Missing Luarel Bluff!!
October 1, 2018I recently moved from Laurel Bluff to become a home owner. Every time that my kids and I pass the complex we talk about how much we loved living there. We miss the community, the park, the pool and most of all we miss the staff that made it feel like home!!! Great Place to Live!
October 1, 2018I've been living at Laurel Bluff for over a year and it has been a wonderful experience. It's in a great area, close to lots of shopping and restaurants and the greenway. My neighbors are quiet and having a playground and dog park right beside my apartment are perfect. The office and maintenance staff are excellent, I've never had an issue that hasn't been addressed immediately.Property Manager Responded

Great Place!!!
August 8, 2017I lived at Laurel Bluff in the 2 bedroom townhouse for 2 1/2 years. The location is convenient to about anything you would like to do. There is access to the Bicentennial Greenway on the property which was great! The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs and truly do care about their tenants. If there is an issue you can rest assured they will take care of it in a timely manner. The grounds are professionally maintained. The pool is always clean and inviting.
