The worst
February 11, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comManagement does not know how to manage first of all. They do not fix anything properly. Mitch aka the manager is he’s to get ahold of , to talk to and they Micky mouse everything . They take so long so even look at repairs. And when they do they replace it with old parts or old fridge or microwave. The paint sucks , the flooring is horrible, it’s just bad. Please do not come Here .

Beautiful apartments

There is no fitness center, my unit does not have a dishwasher and I pay for my own cable internet service but I don't that justifies a bad review... The architecture is very nice... the steps are made of nice stone-filled concrete and the guiderails are made of heavy wood. Many apartments have an angled high ceiling that reaches over 12 feet high at the top with sky light windows a the top - the lighting in the daytime is very nice. The grounds are well kept ...with thick green grass, beautiful gardens and there is a nice framed-in patio area with wood benches a gas barbeque grill for us to use. The parking lot is not well kept (small gravel and stuff) but there's no trash or anything like that. Its right next to the harbor so the parking outside is bad especially on weekends - parking inside is assigned and comes with the unit.Leer Más
Great apartments

To be honest, any negative reviews are probably coming from any competition/ other apartment complexes because I find nothing negative with these apartments. The manager of the apartments, his name is Mich, he is like the nicest person I've ever dealt with, and his assistant I believe his name is Juan, he is very nice too. This people fix any issues immediately every time I shoot them a call. There is no breaking in the cars. To be honest, it is very ...quiet, it looks like the place got invaded by zombies because I rarely see people, and I rarely hear loud noises. They have a nice pool and Jacuzzi, and the laundry is never packed, even on weekends. The water is always warm. I cannot find anything negative with this place, and the times that I did find something wrong with the place, the issues were fixed immediately by Mich and his staff. The Worst
September 27, 2016 - Reseña de Apartments.comThis place is the worst apartments ever. The management is a joke, the maintenance guy is an incompetent jerk. Cars get broken into on a regular basis and management doesn't care at all. The two bedrooms are the smallest things I've ever seen. There are constantly unruly children running around and making noise. It's vastly overpriced. There's no A/C. Avoid at all costs.
