February 11, 2026The leasing agent was incredibly patient and kind. I was able to see their clubhouse. I’m already planning to book it for my sister’s baby shower once I move in. The aesthetic is stunning, especially with the huge lake view right outside.I toured a few of the one-bedroom layouts, and the leasing agent explained exactly what features I would have in my apartment.The gym has a stairmaster, peloton bikes, a punching bag, and so much more. Honestly, the gym alone was a huge reason I applied and ...since I work from home sometimes, the business center with multiple private cubicles was another major selling point for me.Besides the amenities, the entire community is beautiful. There are so many trees and well-kept flowers all over the community. Lincoln Shores is amazing, and I’m super excited for my move-in day!Property Manager Responded

Outstanding Service
January 15, 2025I first and foremost want to thank the whole entire team on this property for delivering what they promised in the lease. They took the time to hire quality people who truly care about tenants despite the difficult circumstances of overcoming two 100 year hurricanes. The same people have been here for the time that I have been a tenant. I am currently on my second lease here, and I am extremely pleased. The whole team is fantastic here, and I just want to express my gratitude for truly owning the ...situation with transparency and getting things right the first time. It definitely carries weight, and I will renew next year when the time comes unless a work situation requires me to move because of how truly blessed I feel. Keep up the solid work. What an AWESOME property
June 5, 2024I have a friend that recently moved in, and I was so excited about the complex I decided to move in myself. I already made the decision, and after completing the simple online application I was so impressed talking to Mariah and Ashley, I am so looking forward to moving in. I saw the apartments, my friend told me she loves it, and both Mariah and Ashley were so friendly, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable moving in. I never looked back, what a wonderful community, and the ...property management company has all top notch people working there. I had lived 8 miles away in Downtown St. Pete in a cramped studio apartment, and for around the same price I was able to get into a 1 bedroom apartment, and double the space. What a great place to call home, and thank you to the staff that actually makes a huge difference to me, and everyone else. If you are looing for a nice place to call home, and within budget, this is definitely the place for you!!Property Manager Responded

Terrible Management
August 6, 2022Worst apartment experience I've ever had. The unit we moved into was smoky, dirty and the dishwasher, AC and bathroom sink and shower spigot all needed to be replaced within a week of living there. The office handled these requests poorly. We were very considerate and volunteered to leave our unit for a few days while these things were being fixed. They finally offered to give us another unit BUT we had to move our belongings and they would not pay for a mover or give us a reduction in rent due ...these inefficiencies. Upon living there, we found out that the prior tenant was evicted and destroyed the unit. The office knew very well the condition of this apartment and maintenance dropped the ball big time in preparing it for us but we had to suffer for these mishaps. I would NOT move into this place. Stay away. Unprofessional, incompetent, and poorly managed.Property Manager Responded

Unchecked Maintenance Problems
December 12, 2020Apartments from above leak into apartments below. Drafty and broken windows. Mold issues caused by moisture. Slabs of the buildings are crack and leak into the apartments, soaking the carpeting. Nice pools and aesthetic.Property Manager Responded

denied renewal because of issue with main sup
September 17, 2020* UPDATE* I was denied renewal of my lease due to this review and because I expressed my experiences with their maintenance supervisor. instead of addressing the issue at hand, that the maintenance supervisor lacks proper customer service skills, or management skills in general and that he would not return my maintenance emergency call (lockout at 10pm with 2 children and no way to gain access, was told to call a locksmith however, no locksmith would unlock the lock because of the type of lock. ...i left a new message for the emergency maintenance advising what locksmiths were telling me. But no response. I was clearly very upset, as I should be and expressed that I was stuck outside In my car for hours until I had no choice but to have a friend climb the side of the building so I could break into my own apartment). this shouldve been a very understanding situation but instead they are not renewing me lease when its more difficult than ever to find an apartment because of covid.. their leasing office never returned my call regarding their supervisors behavior. Furthmore, this is not the first incident I've experienced with this supervisor as he was extremely rude and unprofessional when I first moved in, refusing to service my AC when it was over 82° in my home. I've had EVERY right to be upset during this situations. This place would be ok if not for their lazy, rude and unprofessional maintenance supervisor Armando. just hope that he isn't the one on call when your AC breaks or youre locked out of your apartment because he will not come and will make you wait til the following day.Property Manager Responded

March 2, 2018Website- A huge reason as to why I chose this complex was the option to pay rent and place work orders online. However, the site has been down for at least 5 months now. When I email the leasing office re: a work order, I get no response. Amenities- None of the washers/dryers work properly, the washers flood with water and stop working, and the dryers either burn through clothing or don’t dry them at all. When reaching out to the leasing office for assistance, they offer absolutely none and say ...you have to contact the washer/dryer company instead. This means sitting on hold with a customer service person who can do nothing to actually help. Work orders- Twice now, my A/C has completely stopped working. This is Florida where temps are in the high 80’s even in winter. Both times, they sent someone over to just re-fill the coolant, when even the maintenance worker admitted we need a new unit as ours is rusted and outdated. Because they’re trying to avoid this, it seems that they’re just going to keep giving us temporary solutions. Misc.- The entry gate to the complex functions maybe 5% of the time, which means this is not actually a “gated” community. This place is the typical sleazy apartment complex. The leasing agents seem sweet, caring, and helpful… that is- until they get you to sign the lease.
