Multi-Year Tenant with the True Scoop
January 19, 2025I have lived here for a few years now in two different units, and this property has definitely gotten better over the last 2 years! First, it has a great location with convenient access to both I10 and 1604, shops, restaurants, schools etc. Second, Linden is not that old so everything still has a new, modern feel such as the layout, design elements, and luxury features. One drawback, however, is there are no balconies so keep that in mind. The price to live here is cheaper than other properties ...in this area with a similar age (4 years or less). Plus, Linden is well-managed and has friendly, attentive staff. In my honest opinion, both the management and staff have improved year over year, so some of those problems and complaints you read about in earlier reviews/posts have been resolved. They are especially great at responding to repair orders with everything for me being handled the same or next day. Some have mentioned the problem with car break-ins, and I checked with other apartment complexes in the area, and that’s been an ongoing issue not just here. However, there’s been a lot less since the manager installed plate recognition cameras in addition to the regular security cameras. I enjoy living here, and I would genuinely recommend it to any of my friends and family.Property Manager Responded

Would look somewhere else
July 29, 2024They charged us 271 repaint a room? 150 for additional cleaning And 51 for non existing trash? Lets not forget all the car theft and break insProperty Manager Responded
August 7, 2024I appreciate your candid feedback. It is disappointing that you did not have a positive experience here and while we strive to provide our residents with the best possible customer service, there are times when we fall short. Any move charges will not be favorable to anyone. However, when you move in, we provide you with an inventory form to fill out, and we address any concerns and resolve the issue as soon as possible. However, if your unit leaves with any damage, you will be responsible for the repairs. We do not charge for wear and tear, but we would like the apartment to be returned in the same condition as when it was received. As you are aware, crime has no zip code, so if an incident occurs, we will make an incident report and inform the local police department. As you left this anonymous review, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns in greater detail with you. We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Don't live here - criminal activity.
February 13, 2023My boyfriend's car got stolen and mine got broken into a week later. I've seen multiple car windows smashed in, proving this is still happening to more residents. The gates are always open because criminals are breaking them on purpose to keep this complex a hot spot for stealing. While this complex looks very nice, it is NOT worth feeling unsafe in your own home.Reseña de Apartments.com
Roaches Roaches Roaches
November 6, 2022I just recently moved into this property, and it is infested with roaches. Roaches everywhere! I have never had roaches, and I have never even seen them at a property like this. None of my stuff was in storage, so I know that I did not bring them with me. I got pest control to come, but I am still seeing them everyday. It's so disgusting! Slowly Declining
July 9, 2022Great Location, Nice Size unit for minimalist living. This is not a community for mature adults seeking to have quiet, clean, relaxing living environment. Also not child friendly or dog friendly for responsible dog owners.. To be a newer community, you wouldn't guess this, based on the condition of the grounds. Liter is everywhere, hallways, stairways. Dog poop is everywhere you look. The walls are THIN, you will hear everything. Going a year, and landscaping is not updated with fresh bark. ...Good fit for college students, or a temporary living space.Property Manager Responded

Horrible place to live
March 14, 2022DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Apartments are over priced and cheaply made. We have not even been here a year and the floor is already coming up and numerous plumbing issues that they do not take care of in a timely manner. Having us live in unsafe living situations. Front office has horrible customer service. We have had several issues while living here and NOT ONE has been taken care of. They do not care at all. Bad service
November 6, 2021The service is the worst. They never fixed any of the issues i had and just marked them as completed. Whenever we went to report with management they just reassured us they where going to take care of it but never did. Water pressure was never fixed, had a hard time showering in winter. Our sink garbage incinerator stopped working, took them a long time to check on it, meanwhile the water clogged.Property Manager Responded
