    If I could give this place negative stars I would. When I lived there it was nothing but trouble. My move in date was delayed the moment I arrived. Since my unit wasn’t ready, had no ac and was filthy. Every time I submitted a maintenance request, it wasn’t fulfilled. Took them 6 months in order to get me a working toilet and the whole time I had lived there they didn’t even bother to fix the lights I asked them too in my building. Every time the ac had gone out it took at least 6 phone calls in ...
    order to get someone out. Upon move out I cleaned my unit and since I didn’t submit a receipt from a professional cleaner assumed I didn’t clean it and charged me for the cleaning. Like did y’all even walk the unit!! The only thing I enjoyed living at the lodge was the bus stop got moved halfway through my stay to right in front of the lodge.

  • Avoid it if you can.

    Only moved here because it would be the most convenient for my roommate situation. We moved in the first if this month and, there was no washing machine, the apartment was dirty af and someone's stuff was still outside in the storage closet. The only plus side is the bedroom set up and cheaper rent, but if you can live somewhere else, do it.

  • This place is horrible

    Do not stay here, I’ve been living here for two years now starting on my third and I can say it’s been nothing but disappointment. Do not fall for that model unit that they show you in the tours because more than likely you will be placed in one that looks nothing like it. Only a select few are actually ‘upgraded’. The rest look nothing like the model unit, they have Miss matched furniture white yellow stained cabinets. When I moved in to my current apartment two years ago my carpet had holes in ...
    it and they did nothing about it, when they switched to the current management I also told them about it and they still did nothing. Additionally, I told him I had mold in my bathroom multiple times and was partially allergic to it they came and sprayed some chemical on it but I did nothing then they said they would just paint over it which does nothing but they didn’t even do that. Mistakenly I renewed my lease to transfer into a 2 x 2 bedroom apartment. I’m paying an entire $200 to transfer units yet, a few days ago they called me to tell me that the appliances such as the oven, microwave, and refrigerator we’re going to be white appliances, in other words they are false advertising for the new and improved stainless steel appliances. I was essentially paying $200 to downgrade from my current apartment to the 2 x 2 as my current one at least had stainless steel appliances. I told them that I didn’t want to be placed in one with those kind of appliances since I didn’t sign for that, so they wanted to place me in a 3 x 3 bedroom apartment with stainless steel appliances but still, it is nothing like the model unit, then they wanted me to sign a whole new lease for it so I can move into that one. There are so many units that are empty right now since people moved out yet they are telling me that they have no empty 2 x 2 apartments that they could put me in that are ‘upgraded’. I’m guessing they want to put new tenants in the best apartments, and someone like me who’s been here for years in a downgrade an apartment. If you mistakenly sign a lease here you should have a lawyers number on had because you might need it. Do not fall for their incentives such as gift cards and other things they may try to give you it’s just their way of trying to Luer you in to a contract were the only thing they care about is money and not you.

  • Poor Service

    While the apartment complex is nice - the staff takes advantage of young college students just starting out. They will tell you one thing & leave our details that should be explained. I'm sure they are trained to do this as it makes them more money at the expense of young naive college students. When asking for help to resolve an issue we were told there was nothing they could do, however, the truth is there was nothing they would choose to do! Be careful when yuh rent here they will cheat you ...

    the apartments are cheap compared to the other complexes in the other and the quality of the apartments are pretty good based off the price you're paying. The amenities are great, and the complex is pretty quiet, hardly ever hear any noises. The only downside to this complex I would have to say is the management. They aren't good at keeping up with what's going on. And one problem I had with maintenance was that they wouldn't fix our dryer, the dryer would take three times to dry. But rent is ...

  • The Lodge

    Ive lived here for 2 years and have had a few problems, but have enjoyed living here for the most part. The management would not replace our dryer when it barely worked, our floor had a crack that never got fixed, and a few other small issues. However they are quick to help with your requests if it's something simple. The pool is nice, the neighborhood is quiet, and the location is great.
