Great management
December 22, 2022I've loved living at Logger Creek! The management is professional, the apartments are maintained well, and problems with neighbors are taken care of quickly and effectively. My only problem is the parking. Most of the parking spots are covered but you have to pay for covered parking. It leaves most residents scrambling for a spot to park with lots of empty parking spaces that go unused. The apartments are really beautiful and tucked away in a quiet spot. December 8, 2022What a great place to live! Management and maintenance are amazing, and always strive to be sure that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Neighbors are friendly, there are no issues with noise level even being so close to a university. Location is really good. Walking distance to the greenbelt, groceries, and the University. very overpriced for average property
December 30, 2021The property is older and there isn’t anything special about it. No pool, lobby, or any amenities that the newer apartments have and the gym is a joke and basically nonexistent. That being said, it is terribly overpriced when you can go down the road and rent a new apartment for the same price with a pool and other modern amenities.Property Manager Responded

July 15, 2021Logger Creek is a decent community in a great location. The apartments are fairly modern but not incredibly well-maintained. The staff won't replace malfunctioning units until they are fully broken. They are trying to save on costs meanwhile increasing rent by hundreds each time you sign a new lease and charging huge parking fees. The parking lots are only for residents so it's difficult to have guests. Overall, the staff are nice and courteous. You might not find a better option at this price ...range, but do some shopping as the management keeps raising prices (along with the market) past the real value of this place.Property Manager Responded
