Don’t rent here
April 17, 2024This place is awful, constant headaches with never ending maintenance issues. Management is horrible and doesn’t handle any resident disputes. Management is unprofessional and unhelpful. There’s not enough parking and cars are being towed out of the lot constantly, be prepared to wake up to your car missing for no good reason and paying $350 to get it back.Property Manager Responded

Worst Apartment Experience I’ve Ever Had
April 17, 20211: The security deposit is non-refundable, which I didn't mind because it was a smaller amount than most places ask for. However, they will tack on HUNDREDS of dollars of cleaning fees when you move out. It doesn't matter if you clean well or not, they are automatic and they don't tell you about them until you are leaving. They will also try to charge you for repairs for things that were not due to you. And, they will try to trick you into extra charges by not letting you know that certain ...things aren't allowed (things that are not in the lease), then charging you for it. 2: One of the people working in the office is rude and always has a bad attitude. The other is nice and friendly, but both seem to just be making up rules and charges as they go and are not knowledgeable enough to help if you have questions or issues. They can be extremely petty. I paid a utilities bill online like normal a couple weeks after moving out. After talking to them about the unreasonable charges they sent to us I tried to pay the remainder of the bill today (literally 3 days later) and they voided it saying I must pay by money order now. 3: Do not live here if you have children or dogs. The walkways, stairways, etc. are always covered in trash, pieces of wood, and nails. The companies they hire to do repairs tend to leave a mess and rarely actually fix the problem. 4: They are disrespectful about your space and will insist on coming in or doing repairs immediately and without notice (even if it means you have to leave your apt for hours or not use your shower for 2 days) with the excuse of it being an "emergency". In my experience it was clearly not an emergency as they were fine not having it fixed for weeks after. 5: The laundry room was always filthy and only half the machines would work at any given time. They would sometimes burn/melt my clothes or just eat my quarters and not do anything. It also requires quarters only and doesn't have a machine to get them, so constantly having to go to the bank wasn't very convenient. 6: My biggest problem--apart from the made up charges at move-out-- was that the water was constantly turned off, usually without notice, and would be off for hours sometimes the whole day. It was awful trying to wash your hands, take a shower, do laundry, go to the bathroom-- just to find that yet again there was no water.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
This place is horrible
November 27, 2020The property manager is very unprofessional and some how can make your rent be what ever number she’s come up with . The employees do not respect privacy there is no spa so they probably should take that off this website. Cause it’s definitely a lie I wouldn’t recommend this property or any place managed by the company or the property manager.Reseña de Apartments.com
