were holes in the laundry floor and behind the dishwasher that let bugs in. They would not treat for bugs so we did it ourselves. Anything they wouldn’t fix we would fix New managers came in a we thought this would be better. It was for a little bit they fixed some of the long list of items we had wrong. But then it changed for the worse. The lawn mowing company was blowing leaves onto all the cars and up against the air conditioner units. When we asked the politely to please make sure they blow the cars off the owner of the company verbally attacked us which happened in front of managers. The next day we were told they were not renewing our lease. From the day the noticed was out on our door we were harassed none stop with notice after notice. Once we finally were out of the apartment they sent us a $35 check which was leftover from the $500 deposit to replace things that were already broken and that we signed were broken when we moved in. They made us pay to have the carpet cleaned which was never cleaned when we moved in and we personally cleaned it with our personal carpet cleaner and sucked out cat pee and years of yellow tar from smoking, blinds that were broken from the previous tenant that were never fixed before we moved in. Stay away from this place they are crooks, they have residents spy on other residents.
