This place changed ownership from when I signed-up earlier this year. Unfortunately, if you're a busy individual (like working in healthcare), even though this place is close to the hospitals - DO NOT LIVE HERE. They find a way to fee you for everything, which makes being a busy healthcare worker/student difficult. I was once charged for having an empty community trash can out in the hallway, and because I worked the wrong shift, the apartment tried to charge me for it being out there while I was
...working. That is just one example of how petty they are. If there is a problem with rent payment, unlike other places that will correct your error, this apartment would rather hit you with one fee for the mistake, and then another one a week later for being late. In the scenario I am referencing above, they were impossible to get in contact with during the hours I was not working, and then when I wasn't working the manager went on vacation - leaving no one in the office capable of account adjustments for a week. This caused another fee. Folks, today I paid these unjust fees to simply end the madness, because I am a busy healthcare worker. Nobody has time to play phone tag and incur fees throughout the duration. It is not the customer's fault for being busy, it is Mag & Mays fault for not being available. I gave up today after the 6th call - 2 were answered by a nice woman who states all of the reasons why she cannot help you, and how her manager is conveniently always out of office. I will not be renewing even though the location is nice... 0/5 stars from me.
