I give this place a 1 star. Not only is Corine extremely rude and unprofessional, but she is also dishonest and has lied to me and several other tenants multiple times. I am writing this in anonymously and many of us who are tired of the staff and service here are going to do the same.
First, the amenities. The pool and hot tub are never open. If you read other replies, everyone else seems to say the same. Egypt, below in a comment wrote about green slime and dead frogs floating around bloated
...an dead. I can contest to this and also verify this is true. I have seen it on several occasions. Next, the gym. The gym is not only small, it is completely unsafe and dirty. The mailroom is a disaster and packages are thrown in there with little care.
When it comes to the actual apartment, they are small and very outdated. I don't understand why someone would choose this place with all of the other options around. For example, I saw a place not far in waukee that is a 3 bedroom, brand new, beautiful, double the square feet, offering two months of free rent for a total of $900 a month after being prorated. Not only does the AC constantly go out with very delayed maintenance response, but also the carpets are dirty, appliances white and falling apart, and the bathrooms filthy. My shower leaked for weeks and tub had a small crack in it that did the same.
I don't recommend this place to anyone. The staff is unfriendly aside from maintenance, the price is outrageous and the amenities are awful. Please look elsewhere and don't waste your time or money!
