Walls are thin, flooring is old, heating is radiator that may or may not work , central air is a wall ac and not properly piped. Heating and electric are over billed and from what I discovered the electric company I am forced to have has no way to get accurate readings, so I paid $$$ when I never paid high bills before ever and probably paid the landlords bill or someone else'sbill but have no way to fight back. You pay a water bill in an older style apartment and have no access/control over your water temperature as well. Biggest costliest mistake for me was coming here thinking it would be a savings. I should have waited a little longer and picked a quality apartment, please consider all reviews before renting, I would only come here if I was desperate knowing what I know now.
