Don’t do it
August 9, 2025I get it if you really need a place to stay and this is all you can afford, but if you can help it find somewhere else. The only good thing about this place is the property manager. 1,100 for mice infested starter apartment. Water discoloration. Water cuts on and off whenever they feel like it. Not to mention you have to pay to wash your clothes away from your apartment, whenever you can, only if any of the washing units are working or available. No lock on the building door, so you’re not full ...secure from non-residents. Your mailbox key may not work. Your walls are thin as paper. This was not a great experience at all. 1/10 don’t recommend.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2023My apartment is nice for a starter apartment but that’s all it’s good for literally. Between the pest problem and the constant things breaking or being wrong in my apartment I’ve dreaded living here. I’m always calling maintenance because something is always wrong.Property Manager Responded

My experience
January 12, 2020Nothing is perfect but I expected a little better experience then this. This is my first experience living in an apartment and it's left a bad taste in my mouth. To each his or her own, this just isn't for me. Thankfully I've never had the mice or rat problem. Biggest creature problem I've had is bugs. Price isn't all that great either, but no prices in this city are great or reasonable.Property Manager Responded

MICE!
December 22, 2019I moved in September & I’ve seen 5 mice since then. Pest control does nothing because I’ve caught them all myself. All this place cares about is money not the wellness of their tenants. The maintenance team is very lazy & moves on their own time. It took them 2 weeks to fix ONE thing in my apartment, I have NO heat & this has been a problem since day one. WOULD NOT recommend or move here!!! Not worth it, save yourself.Property Manager Responded

MICE!!
November 12, 2019i cant believe this has 4 stars, my first apartment ever and when i tell you this was a life lesson here. it pays to pay a little extra for a piece of mind. first off the building is FULL OF MICE!! i think one time a rat WALKED across our bedroom floor. i hated to keep my new born at the time in the crib because of the mice issue we had. the pest control comes out every week so that lets you know right there, and when he came to our unit he himself said we probably had the cleanest unit and the ...place is still full of mice. and the maintenance are the worst, they old and tired and dont fix anything. MOLD is terrible it took me to call the state just for them to pay attention to me and know that i was not playing with them. GET A CAT!! that might bring down the mice issue for sure. you can get a clean cat for $20 at the shelter. DONT MOVE HERE! only good thing is the price but it pays to pay just a little more for a piece of mind.Property Manager Responded
