Nice but beware
March 20, 2025Marea is a nice apartment community for the mostpart, still fairly new and well maintained. But some things are changing. Dogs at the pool, vaping at the pool (supposed to be smokefree ), residents not cleaning up after their dogs (alot), newer younger residents literally screaming in the hallways at night, alot of door slamming (management has made attempts to address this but as usual many people don't care). Pricey so if you want to live in a place where neighbors respect each other and care ...about following the rules, you might check around. Hoping management can resolve these issues - it is a nice place with a good location.Property Manager Responded

Apartments are new and modern, community is beautifully maintained, neighbors are respectful and friendly, and all the Marea team from leasing agents, management and service workers are all professional, friendly, and on top of their game. December 9, 2024Marea is a beautiful and peaceful community. It's pet friendly and has great amenities for the residents like Pickle Ball court, BBQ grills, large pool, brand new gym, and more. We have plenty of parks near by for family gatherings, exercise and/or to walk your dogs! Also, can't beat that the units are brand new and spacious. I love my home!Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2024I recently toured Marea Apartments and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Laura, the Assistant Property Manager, was amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The service team at Marea Apartments also deserves a shoutout for their outstanding support. I've just moved in, and so far, I have zero complaints. The property itself is fantastic, and I’m genuinely pleased with my new home.
