I will start with the positive, this is a great safe neighborhood, it is a great central location, with easy access to 83. The downside, is that you can hear all the traffic on 83 from inside your apartment. They are terrible insulated from sound (and the weather too). Our doors and windows are incredible drafty, to the point frost was forming on the inside wall next to the door during the winter. There are holes drilled through the window/door frames. ...said without replacing the entire frame there was nothing they could do to help remedy, they also said it was not likely that replacement would be approved by higher ups. Maintenance attempts to be as helpful as they can, but you can tell most times their hands are tied by money saving measures from corporate. Most recently, they have began to renovate some of the vacant apartments, this has caused water to be shut off numerous times in the past few months, and the residents are never rarely of the shut offs. While they are willing to renovate new apartments, they have no interest in fixing the ones currently leased to tenants, for example our dishwasher has had trouble leaking and not draining since we moved in. I have complained multiple times, and maintenance comes out for a temporary fix. It has begun to be so disruptive to living in the apartment, that I am considering breaking the lease early to move elsewhere. Also there is no insulation between apartments, you can hear absolutely everything happening in the apartment above you. And I will not even get into the amount of bugs that get into these apartments, you know through the door frames with holes in them.
