    Over the past two weeks we have contacted them by phone, their management company, and emailed them. We even visited them during their listed hours on Saturday and the Leasing Office was closed. If they can't even respond to messages I'm supposing they're understaffed and are not good at handling maintenance.

    The area is near grocery stores and shopping centers. Also near 12 Oaks Mall. The apartments are well maintained. Also the landscaping is regularly cleaned. There is a nice playground and pool. I have a small dog. There is a dog park near the apartments. The school bus is accessible for K-12. It is a quiet neighborhood and I have lived here for 12 years.

    Quiet and clean! Maintenance is quick to fix things too! People don’t bother stuff that u leave on the patio either! Apt complex has a country feel but is close to just about any place u can think of...(expressway, mall, groceries, etc)Very nice place to live!

    The manager Misty is just amazing! We had some financial problems and got behind on our rent. Misty took the time helped us figure out. How to get caught up and not have to move. We love it here :) Did I mention that the manager ROCK'S! Everyone in the office is very sweet and down to earth. Easy to talk to managment.

    I applied to the apartments and was denied and was told if I could clear what denied me like a bill I could apply again and be approved. I did so in a couple of days literally. I then called back to see if I could a apply multiple times and they kept saying there is no vacant apartments so I can’t apply. But when I came on here it was many available now and soon. They told me to contact them on a certain day and now there is nothing available online. I’m about to give up on trying. But the ...
    apartments and areas are nice but now I just feel like because I was denied once so they don’t care to work with me. So advice is make sure it goes through the first time guys cause you might get ran around like me. God bless.

    I had initially applied online and Michelle was very good about getting me an approval decision quickly, telling me exactly what I needed to bring to complete my application, what fees to pay, etc. I was able to get all my paperwork in the same day; she looked it over and sent it in to Corporate. I have no issues whatsoever with the service provided locally at the leasing office. Corporate, on the other hand, needs to get their act together. I understand with income-restricted housing there ...
    are more hoops to jump through and the verification process is lengthy; however, I submitted my paperwork on September 20th. Today is October 21 and still no answer as to whether I passed corporate’s approval process, if something got delayed, when I can move in, etc. Long story short, I ended up just renewing the lease on my current apartment. I really wanted to move, but if this is the level of service I get as a prospective tenant, I can only imagine how abysmal it will be once they have me locked into a lease.

    When I first walked into the leasing office, I met with such Joy. Janay and Ashley welcomed me as if we knew one another for years. Janay was on her A++ game, every question was answered with great detail, Ashley was very quick with the paperwork before and after signing the leasing. You wouldn't have know that Michelle was New because she was quick with getting the result for approval. This is the start of a Beautiful relationship with Meadowood Park Apartments.
