Unresponsive and Closed
March 3, 2024Over the past two weeks we have contacted them by phone, their management company, and emailed them. We even visited them during their listed hours on Saturday and the Leasing Office was closed. If they can't even respond to messages I'm supposing they're understaffed and are not good at handling maintenance.Reseña de Apartments.com
7 years and counting
October 17, 2023I have lived in this apartment complex for 7 years, And I have never had anything but good experiences. People come and go but some of residents are the same residents that were here when I moved in. That has to say something about the apartment complex. I have to say. that the maintenance people are very kind and willing to help at all times. they take pride in there jobs, which makes it nice. The office staff. Joann I think one of the ladies names are, she is always there to greet you with a ...smile and help you in any way she can. Misty I can not say enough about Misty, if it wasn't for her being the manager of this apartment complex I would have moved by now. She has always been there to answer my questions and concerns . She just has a heart of gold. I am so thankful for all she has done for me and my family . This apartment complex is very welcoming and fair and I really am glad that I can call it my home. Nice place to live with children and small pets
March 1, 2022The area is near grocery stores and shopping centers. Also near 12 Oaks Mall. The apartments are well maintained. Also the landscaping is regularly cleaned. There is a nice playground and pool. I have a small dog. There is a dog park near the apartments. The school bus is accessible for K-12. Very nice/safe place to live

Love it here
May 18, 2021The manager Misty is just amazing! We had some financial problems and got behind on our rent. Misty took the time helped us figure out. How to get caught up and not have to move. I applied and haven’t gotten a apartment.
January 27, 2021I applied to the apartments and was denied and was told if I could clear what denied me like a bill I could apply again and be approved. I did so in a couple of days literally. I then called back to see if I could a apply multiple times and they kept saying there is no vacant apartments so I can’t apply. But when I came on here it was many available now and soon. They told me to contact them on a certain day and now there is nothing available online. I’m about to give up on trying. But the ...apartments and areas are nice but now I just feel like because I was denied once so they don’t care to work with me. October 21, 2019I had initially applied online and Michelle was very good about getting me an approval decision quickly, telling me exactly what I needed to bring to complete my application, what fees to pay, etc. I was able to get all my paperwork in the same day; she looked it over and sent it in to Corporate. I have no issues whatsoever with the service provided locally at the leasing office. Corporate, on the other hand, needs to get their act together. I understand with income-restricted housing there ...are more hoops to jump through and the verification process is lengthy; however, I submitted my paperwork on September 20th. Today is October 21 and still no answer as to whether I passed corporate’s approval process, if something got delayed, when I can move in, etc. Long story short, I ended up just renewing the lease on my current apartment. I really wanted to move, but if this is the level of service I get as a prospective tenant, I can only imagine how abysmal it will be once they have me locked into a lease.Property Manager Responded

Great Customer Service
September 10, 2019When I first walked into the leasing office, I met with such Joy. Janay and Ashley welcomed me as if we knew one another for years. Janay was on her A++ game, every question was answered with great detail, Ashley was very quick with the paperwork before and after signing the leasing. You wouldn't have know that Michelle was New because she was quick with getting the result for approval. September 4, 2019I've been here for 7year's I love it! I Alway's Told Melissa she's awesome and took care thing's right awat! I must say Janay as well as Ashley are awesome they treats me with so much kindness and when I came to the office few times for help they got what was needes done in a very professional way I pray hope they stays in the office as management forever I would recommend anyone to these apartments they keeps everything well maintained I alway's was patient in whatever I needed done but the ...maintenance alway's on time when I ever put a order in!
