Habitual crime property
January 5, 2024I currently live here have been for about 3 years and this is not a good complex to live in. Crime constantly drive by happened a month ago and someone was killed. There was a random fire on my balcony about 6 months ago, still havent completely fixed the outside. Kids stealing packages and the management is constantly changing, but they dont care. Car towed twice first time office did not give me a parking sticker nor did they mention I needed one. Everything is superficial. Trash everywhere, ...gate always broken. Could be a better environment if management cared the residents cared too, but here we are. I know it’s cheap - but there’s a reason. Lots of them
August 1, 2022I moved out in 2021. Before I left, I had to deal with gunshots right outside my front window in the weeks before Thanksgiving. The day before Thanksgiving, the unit 40 feet from mine burned to the ground. I suspect it was arson. One woman had to throw a baby to a stranger from the 3rd floor, and thank God that young man caught him. You can look this up. My car was towed wrongfully 3 different times by mgt. My apartment flooded twice. Flooding from the apartment above me caused the ceiling in the ...bathroom to collapse into the tub. One night around 3 am someone tried to kick my door in. Poor quality and service.
April 6, 2022This is the absolute worst place to live. We recieved a notice that on Monday, April 4th water will be off from 8-1, however the water has been off since Monday at noon until this morning at 4 am. Without any additional notification they cut the water off again at noon today. No one returns calls regarding your concerns. No one actually cares. We are expected to go into bare survival mode and save water in jugs and pots just to flush the toilets. Can't bathe, wash dishes and absolutely no ...drinking water because when the water is on for a short time, it's too polluted to wash ur hands in it. ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR DRINKING!! January 6, 2021Drive through the complex. Park and walk around and you'll see that this isn't the place for you. How this place has three stars is beyond me. Management is the worst. The tenants are just as bad and so live here. My car has been broken into twice this past year. There are no cameras. There's one security guard who walks around with a bullet proof vest. It’s All Great until you move in
April 1, 2020It’s Not Excellent don’t move here at all they still don’t fix anything I just moved from here my neighbor lives there in a 2 bedroom unit an she still unhappy please reconsider I understand y’all my need something quick but please go else were They overcharge you on your late fees instead of 15 dollars a day an after that it’s 50 lucy charge a 100 ? late fees also she want let you know that you have a balance then take you to court an you pay her an it still gonna go on your rental she is a con ...artist she tried to say I owe 2000 an now I’m no longer there I’m happy I love my new landlord an my rent is paid on time honestly I wasn’t gonna keep paying her money to live like I did I complain an she didn’t care at all also when I went to court she told me she not gonna fix my air cause I was in default never heard of it an the list goes on so DONT MOVE HERELeer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Awesome management
January 9, 2020Very peaceful living no problems with management taking care of business they are nice and friendly they all do their job and they even work when they are off duty if I have a problem they fix it within hours and they make sure everything is nice also they are building they are slowly turning the place into a paradise!!Reseña de Apartments.com
Big improvement

Please Save Yourself
March 5, 2016I just moved in these apts and nothing works and it has roaches. The actual office doesnt have a phone and you have to call someone in new jersey with any provlems. The office lady never knows anything and her attitude makes you think about risking it all and punching her in the face. She closes early leaves late and there is no real reason for an office to actually be there when they have to call the nj office anyways. I came her with brand new everything and my new roomates decided to pur out. ...Im already checking for options to get out of this lease, this apt is inhabitable and not worth the headache and the half as contract work. My kitchen sink is leaking, there with white fluid coming up from my floors, in another spot its leaking liquid, my kids bathroom sink is leaking along with the toliet, the master bathroom is sick to look at...save yourself please...i have two young children, single mom..and this is sad.Property Manager Responded

Bad Management
September 14, 2015Our apartment complex has poor management. Every time we have a problem with our apartment we call the management and they say they're going to do something, but 9 times out of 10 they won't.Property Manager Responded
