beautiful apartment
August 22, 2023Metropolitan East Goshen Estates are beautiful apartment homes. Upscale finishes, wide doorways, and lots of storage space. Along with high ceilings, hardwood floors and fully tiled walk-in shower which can be hard to find elsewhere. You will find plenty of natural light as each unit is an end and all have balconies. The landscaping is meticulous including environmentally friendly native plants. The maintenance team is prompt, efficient and second to none. Large Move out Bill
June 30, 2020Apt was good, staffs were great, however the walls are extremely thin. You can hear litterally everything through the walls, i could hear when the neighbors are talking, vacuuming, arguing,etc. Be aware of the massive move out bill you will also receive. Lived at multiple apts prior and have always been charged only to clean the carpets. Thought the same would have occurred as the apt was left in excellent condition as I always do. However, I was completely shocked when I recieve a billed 4 times ...that of my security deposit. It was completely ridiculous and unreasonable.Property Manager Responded

Booked apartment after tour with Sierra
October 25, 2018I felt really welcomed at this complex from the very first tour with Sierra until the day I finalized my lease and moved in with Robin. The complex has great amenities and a nice community The apartments are beautiful on both the inside and out, with spacious bathrooms, open kitchen with top appliances and the units overall just have a positive feel to them.Reseña de Apartments.com
Beautiful Apartment
October 24, 2018I love living here. My apartment is modern and beautiful with such a homey feeling. The balcony is a great size and a nice amount of sunshine enters the rooms as well. The closet space too is awesome, as well as the walk in shower that was beautifully done. Sierra who made the move in process happen so easily and swiftly, literally! Best move in experience. Sierra has been wonderful and always immediately available for any question or help I may need. Loving living here! Great apartment staff
September 8, 2018We love living here! We have been at the Metropolitan for 3 years now, first in the Terrace apartments and recently moved into one of the Estates apartments. The apartments are great - we really love the new Estates - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, hardwood floors, new steel appliances, high ceilings, great closet space! The gym is right across from us, which is so convenient! The staff is wonderful! Sierra and Staci are always so helpful and fantastic at their job! The maintenance staff is great too - ...whenever we have a problem or need something fixed (which is not that often!) they are able to come address the issue almost immediately and are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are super dog friendly - there are 2 dog parks, which our dog absolutely loves! Greating Leasing Office Staff
June 1, 2018I've been at Metropolitan East Goshen for a few months now, and I have absolutely no complaints thus far. The entire process has been painless and smooth. Both Staci and Sierra are friendly and extremely accommodating. My apartment isn't particularly luxurious as it's a 1 bedroom unit, but it's more than enough for what I require. I would definitely recommend East Goshen to anyone I know looking for an apartment.Property Manager Responded
