Awful
December 7, 2019I lived here and the staff is not helpful what so ever. Jessica was great but she no longer works here. The Rachels that both work are not helpful and don't actually help you have a pleasant experience. Work orders are not handled well and no one is willing to help you. The vents are connected and my neighbor smoked and you could always smell it. When I moved in Rachel said that my apartment would be cleaned but it wasn't there were dead bug and trash everywhere. My advice is to rent elsewhereProperty Manager Responded

Don't rent here
November 23, 2019The staff is so unorganized and unwilling to help. When putting in a maintenance request because I have a dog they are unable to give notice. They just expect you to be home 24/7 so nothing can be fixed. The front door does not actually latch. Rachel from the front told me that the maintenance people pull random work orders and there is no real way of knowing where and when they will be able to get to your request. The rent is cheap but if you ever have a problem they aren't going to help. Both ...Rachel's made it clear it's not their problem to care.Property Manager Responded

The Staff is Wonderful
August 30, 2019I am not currently a renter, but was just approved for an apartment and I feel obligated to share my experience given the other reviews. From inquiry to approval, Jessica was an absolute angel. My girlfriend and I are in a bit of a crunch to get an apartment and Jessica, in my opinion, went above and beyond to make sure we go approved and kept us updated all along the way. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and layouts are kind of perfect, especially for us. What makes the biggest impact in ...these stressful situations is how you're treated during the process and Jessica absolutely made us feel like VIP. Based on this experience alone, we are excited to see that the new management treats their future and current tenants well and are very happy to have be approved for such a lovely little apartment.Property Manager Responded

4 Year Resident - STAY AWAY
March 23, 2019The location is the only descent thing about this place. Rent increases drastically each year - even if you have water damage and extreme mold germinating in your ceiling. They have pulled me around since September of last year saying it'd be fixed, as of March: there are still dangerous amounts of mold that have been untouched by any maintenance people. This place is absolutely horrendous, I recommend by best friend move here a month before the water damage came in; That's hands down one of the ...worst decisions I've ever made - recommending a good friend to this complex where they don't care about anything other then their money (Did I mention they also have mold and a collapsed ceiling? But the office doesn't seem too worried) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They also changed how rent was supposed to be paid THREE DAYS before rent was due! What kind of service is that?! -Update- According to the main office lady, I'm "annoying" about the mold problem. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!Property Manager Responded

management cannot do anything
March 2, 2019They changed the method in which you pay rent three days before it was due. A three-day notice on how to pay rent. They will not fix anything in the apartment. they just charge you if it breaks all the way during your lease. This place is great till you have to talk to management about anything or if management needs to talk to you. They cannot even paint lines on the parking lot without royally messing it up and confusing most residents with the three different dates they told everyone.Property Manager Responded
