middlebrook is a good choice.
October 1, 2024middlebrook is a nice place to live but it is a bit over priced for the size of apartments. laundry should be cheaper and or free for the price you pay. A lovely home
July 12, 2024My dad and I absolutely love our new home here at Middlebrooke. It's a cozy townhome with plenty of space in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Mindy at the leasing office is the most helpful, punctual, and courteous agent I have had the pleasure of working with, and she sets an example for how the job should be done. Whenever I have a question or concern, she is on the ball with getting back to me and I am never left waiting. Great Staff, Best Bang for Your Buck in Westminster
December 27, 2023After comparing several apartments in the area, I decided to go with Middlebrooke. There were cheaper options, but the reviews were concerning. There were more luxurious options, but they were out of my budget. The renovated units at Middlebrooke are very nice. The floors, bathroom, everything is an upgrade from the place I was previously renting, and I pay $200 less per month at Middlebrooke. So far everyone I've dealt with in my building has been very friendly and keeps to themselves. The ...walls seem thick, too. I had no idea my neighbor was playing music until I went into the hallway. The doors are a bit thin, though. I can hear people in the hallway if they are conversing loudly and vice versa. The internet is fast and reliable. It is a short walk to Main Street or a quick drive to 140 for activities/shopping. Despite being a block from the hospital, I do not hear sirens all night. My move in date had to be delayed and Mindy in the leasing office was invaluable. She tried everything she could to keep my original move in date, and tried to expedite the process as much as possible after that plan failed. She calmly and professionally handled my childish antics when I was upset about the delay, along with the time I forgot about one of our appointments. I don't know how she keeps her cool as the one and only employee in the leasing office, I feel bad for her. The maintenance staff also seems friendly, but my interaction with them has been limited so far. My only complaints are laundry and recycling. There is no in-unit laundry (unless you rent a townhouse) and the onsite laundry facility is not free. I believe the laundry machines are run by an outside company, but I still think I pay enough to deserve free laundry. The machines are small, too. There is also nowhere to recycle. Luckily it is only a 15 minute drive to my parents house where I can do my laundry for free and drop off my recycling.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

Despite the geographical distance, Mindy's assistance shone through as we reviewed the application and essential documents over the phone. Great place to live
