Downtown-THE PLACE to Live in Lynchburg
August 29, 2015Perfect and charming, this refurbished warehouse is a fantastic place to live. Quaint and well anointed with washer and dryer, granite countertops, new fixtures, and beautiful features remaining from the warehouse (I.e. exposed brick and an elevator shaft), you have to see it to believe it! Midpoint is pet friendly, has a beautiful little patio, and is centrally located in Downtown Lynchburg off the Bluff Walk. Residents are within walking distance to Robin Alexander's, Market at Main, and, of ...course, Percival's Island and its trail. After searching all of the mainstream apartment complexes, I found this one to be an excellent value for one person. Rent is affordable, all amenities (With the exception of electric, which runs about $50 a month) are an additional $99, and parking is $25. The management staff is also quick to fix problems that arise; the couple of problems that I've had have been fixed the day I reported them. I have lived here for over a year now, and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Two drawbacks I've found are the lack of car garage and the lack of personal patios--neither of which are deal breakers!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
