resolved. Some repairs have finally been completed, but only after months of waiting. For example, flooring in the living room was replaced, but the kitchen flooring, which has significant water damage, still has not been properly repaired. I had a large indentation in my hallway that required me to step over it every time I walked through, and it took months to fix. My ceiling was deteriorating and pieces of stucco were falling down, and it took weeks before anyone addressed it. I also discovered serious concerns with the HVAC area, including dirt, debris, and what appears to be mold. There is also an opening in the ceiling where I can see the water heater from the upstairs unit, which I only discovered recently. Because of the ongoing delays and repeated scheduling issues, I contacted Roswell Code Enforcement. They came out to inspect the apartment and documented the issues that I have been requesting to have repaired. The biggest issue has been the lack of timely communication and follow-through. I have spent months waiting for repairs, staying home for scheduled appointments that maintenance or contractors did not show up for, and repeatedly being told that someone was “an hour away” or that they were “waiting to hear back from a contractor.” The same explanations continued over and over while repairs remained unfinished. The new leasing agent, Amanda, is much friendlier than the previous management, but unfortunately the outcome has been the same. Friendly communication does not replace getting necessary repairs completed. I am posting this review along with pictures because future residents deserve to know what they may be dealing with. A home should be safe, maintained, and repaired in a reasonable amount of time. I would not recommend moving here based on my experience. Sorry didn’t know I couldn’t include pics

apartment had a plumbing issue so our toilet would overflood for no reason randomly twice a year. The plumber that was sent came and told us that there was a huger issue and that management wanted a cheaper solution. After I moved, they moved a renter in instantly: I was hoping they would fix the issue and the moldy floor before the next tenant. You have to hunt them down for any mantenance issues. I really felt bad for any of the maintenance guys because the buildings are too old for any repair. This place needs to be dismantled. I feel like anyone investing into this complex goes into it with high hopes but then soon gets over their head. Run!
