Place to call home
January 31, 2024I been living here going on 5 years, and have to say i feel safe with my kids and easy to feel at home... any time i have anything wrong with my apartment the manager in the office miss terry always makes sure that it gets taking care of she responds faster then any place i lived i was was treat people the way u want to be treated and she treats me with respect and the property stays clean and the office manager makes sure we dont have any violence in the area and also love that they have close ...shopping in the area and the schools u zone for are great dont plan on moving anytime soon do to the best place to feel at home thanks mimosa place apartments for having me and my kids for the last pass 5 years and always making sure things are done the rite way and at a fast pasteLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com

September 7, 2022I have always paid my rent on time and I have never had any issues with anything being fixed in a timely manner! The pool is always a great bonus, and stays really clean and is cozy! The manager, Ms. Terry is nice to me and seems to care when I come talk to her about anything (sometimes even non-apartment related). Always felts like home!Reseña de Apartments.com
SPEND MONEY ELSE WHERE !!
June 15, 2022If you want quiet don't stay. The property manager don't even do her job. She has her picks and chooses when she wants to deal with things going on in the complex. There's no security so if someone broke into you property you wouldn't even know. And parking tags don't even matter because they have people that don't even stay there and park there. Plus a lot of drug related traffic. Dirty pool and parking lot was unacceptable. PARKING LOT WAS A MECHANIC SHOP- OIL EVERYWHERE. The amount of flies in ...the dumpster you believe something was dead. Its was just horrible NEVER AGAIN. SORRY NOT SORRY !!Property Manager Responded

HORRIBLE APARTMENTS
May 23, 2020HORRIBLE APARTMENTS DON'T MOVE HERE, pay all this money every month these apartments are filled with roaches and mold, management doesn't care, they don't fix anything you have to wait weeks for maintenance to come out and fix something and when maintenance do come out its half fixed, the parking lot is filled with trash maintenance doesn't pick up any trash it looks mess living here, the manager is a joke she puts papers on people doors about rules but that's just for show she doesn't enforce ...the rules, no security cameras or security back here, during the day it's bad and management is here to see the tenants hanging out all day she doesn't do anythiny, tenants watching your every move, you throw trash away tenants go through everyone's trash get in the dumpster and dig in your everyone's privacy. Can't sleep at night tenants work on vehicles all night like it's a car shop back here, Terri the manager want do anything. Vehicle parking only supposed to park one vehicle per apartment the manager only supposed to give out one sticker per apartment if the tenant have a vehicle, the manager have favorites she give out two stickers tenants are double parking taking all the parking spots. The previous manager didn't go for double parking period this new manager allows anything she's only here for a paycheck could careless about tenants, living back here is like living in the projects. June 1, 2020I am sorry you fill that way. Maintenance picks up trash Monday -Friday. The rules are 1 parking sticker per Adult on the lease. IF you have Any problems in your Unit you have the Managers email, Office phone number and there is a drop box you can put in a work request. Right now there is a pandemic. there are a lot of people off work. a few people talking in the parking lot. It is hard staying in all day every day. Terri cares about the building and the residents. If you need a copy of the parking rule, want to put in a work order, or want to put in a complaint call the office or go by the office. Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm If the Manager Terri in not a where of the problems. She can not fix them.

Terrible Place to Live
November 17, 2017The property manager has her favorites, and is very dismissive and rude if you're not one of them. It is very difficult to get anyone to come out and repair things properly and in a timely manner. There is a lot of talk around the complex about various residents, and people are super nosy about everyone else's business. The low rental cost might look good, but this really is a "you get what you pay for" complex and you would be better off paying a little extra and going somewhere else.Property Manager Responded
November 20, 2017We strive to treat everyone with the same respect and courtesy. If management seemed rude, I do apologize. As soon as we are notified about a maintenance issue we put it on the schedule to be repaired. Neighbors do usually talk to each other in this community. The office is always open to hear your thoughts and concerns. Thank you.
