November 21, 2019I have lived here for 3 years and every year when it rains my roof leaks in several different parts of the apartment. This has supposed to have been fixed now 3 times in all the same spots. They only come in and do cosmetic work and keep claiming its not the roof that's bad. It' s funny how it keeps happening in the same spots every year. My stuff keeps getting ruined and i have to take time off of work to keep cleaning up and moving my furniture around in in other rooms just so it doesn't cause ...more damage. No one is paying me to deal with these problems that keep happening and that i have to deal with on my time i should be working or sleeping. Look the other way before going here
March 2, 2019Horrible management team. Full of lies and problems left and right. Lived there for a year and regret moving here. If you want to avoid problems, dont move here. No security,full of random people left and right, drugs all around with no respect to the people that lived there. Management completely ruins this place
January 14, 2019The management doesn’t let anyone know about bug problems or mold before they move in, almost NEVER reachable and always avoids taking care of problems with the complex themselves and just tells you that’s “how it is you’ll get use to it.” Takes weeks to schedule important fixes in apartments or even normal maintenance. Hires terrible contractors and companies probably just because it’s the cheapest route. The actual places aside from mold, warped counters and cupboards rusty everything, super ...outdated fixtures let alone no real lights in main rooms and a 3ft water heater and least to mention the GROUPS of people hanging out in the middle of the complex making all the women creeped out and blatantly selling something due to high volume of random cars coming into the gates coming and going and just never told anything aren’t that terrible to live in but I wouldn’t suggest new babies or anyone without a good amount of patience.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Rental process
September 5, 2018My girlfriend and i went to meet with the manager Lindsey and get information on the possible rental process. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and very kind and understanding. It would be nice if everyone made it a point to be this personable in Bakersfield. My girlfriend has been emailing back and forth with her all day while at school and she responded back immediately. June 21, 2016The apartments have a Waterbug infestation they are about 1-2 inches big. The manager is awful shes never in the office. She has attitude hates her job. A bunch of people that don't live here hang out in the pool or by my car! When I tell the manager she doesn't do anything. Management is rude and liars
June 4, 2016I live there for 5yrs. before I moved a few months ago. I loved my old manger Bonnie. When she left the whole apartments went down immediately sorry for those who just moved in the new manger is a liar and she's rude and tried to charge me a large amount of money for a clean up fee after I cleaned and painted the apartment before moving and I moved out before move out date.
