I'm proud to call the Modera Central my home. The community and staff have been nothing but friendly and welcoming. Any issues that have occurred have been addressed quickly and efficiently. The leasing staff has gone above and beyond to make the move-in process easy and carefree. Amenities are top-notch.The lobby has an Amazon hub which makes package delivery a breeze. ...machines overlooking some wonderful views. The property is centrally located and is 15 minutes away from most major locations. My unit is located near the Lake Eola side and I have never had any issues with noise, not to mention the view is stunning. No issues with parking whatsoever, plenty of spaces available. The building hosts community events monthly and encourages neighbors to mingle, its a very friendly and welcoming community. I have two dogs and have had no problems with anyone, everyone appears to be pet-friendly. The nearby areas provide some great areas for your pets to walk around, I especially like the Lake Eola area, but if you don't want to walk too much, right across the street is a great spot.
