When they do finally do big treatments, I am responsible for basically packing up 3 rooms in my apartment so they can spray, on top of then moving big appliances back into place by myself, unpacking my stuff again, and cleaning up all of the dead bugs when they are done. They also don't give any notice of confirmation or cancellation of these services. I have to get all living creatures out of my apartment for the rest of the day when they do come because the poisons they use are so strong, which means paying for somewhere that my cat and my child can go each time.
